Poor customer service experience
Had an email to state my contract was coming to an end and they will call me. They did indeed call me , but sounded like the guys was taking a dump , informed him I am interested in upgrading but I couldn’t hear him . He promptly hung up and. Didn’t call back . Guess I won’t be doing any upgrade or recommendations with phonehouse.

Soon as I said I didn’t need another phone contact the lady starts swearing with All abuse words and she said I should give my hand to dog to eat and she used them word bl**** fuc**** I will take it to further she can’t decide what should buy and what not call from

Really poor service
Really poor service: avoid!
Did not swap my old number on to new phone, added expensive insurance even though I asked them not to, failed to deliver on the day organised and did not add the spending cap to the billing as arranged during the order.
