This company is a scam company
This company is a scam company, They will steal your personal data. They then go to a phone company like Virgin and take out a phone pretending to be you. They set up the phone and contract in your name. They also set up a DD using your bank account.
When the phone is delivered they call you and tell you that you received the wrong phone and then they ask you to send it to them via Royal Mail, collection.
They achieve this scam by setting up a fictitious email and signing a contract on your behalf.
They phoned multiple times.
Tell your vulnerable relatives never give personal details over the phone. When in doubt hang up and phone the approved retailer with the correct phone number.
Do not send the phone back to them.
You need to report it to the Police and action fraud.
You need to return the phone to the correct mobile company and advise them you have been scammed.
Do a credit check with ClearScore to ensure they have not used your personal details for anything else.
Phone your bank and stop the Direct Debit.
You can also use CIFAS, who will alert you when any credit is taken out in your name.
Annoying Indian Call Centre
Annoying Indian Call Centre (respectfully). I’m not sure how they’ve obtained my number, I’ve removed myself from the sales lists. I was greeted as Sir and I can assure you I’m a laddddyy 😵💫.No but seriously, whatever they’re “selling” I don’t need/want.
Absolute scam
Impeccable service
I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends, I am really happy and satisfied with their service.
Amazing company, Don’t look elsewhere
Over the past few months, I have used PhoneHouse twice.
They are a really honest business to work with, delivered my order quickly, and are always very helpful if you have any query.
Without a doubt, I'd give them my highest recommendation.
Complete scam from start to finish…
Complete scam from start to finish tried asking for bank details then sent a whattsApp asking for my card so I naturally sent them a picture of my hairy bum.
Don't answer but like me I guess you did and this is where it lead you.
It's an Indian call center, where oh where will all this end people profiting from misery?
At least they get what they deserved from me.

Nuisance call centre repeatedly trying to sell my a phone I have no interest in buying.
Refuses to stop calling.
Refuses to state where they got my data from.
Cold calling nuisance company - illegally obtaining data
These guys are relentlessly nuisance calling me, sometimes two cold calls within the same hour, trying to sell me mobile phone deals. I've asked numerous times for them to remove me from their database and yet they persist. The last two times I have asked to speak with their complaints team and both times they have hung up. Scam company with Indian call centre that did not legitimately nor legally obtain my data. I am escalating.

100% a scam
100% a scam, however I did enjoy keeping them on the phone for as long as possible to waste their time. He got very aggressive with me after a short amount of time, clearly not from a genuine company.

Been cold called by company 4-5 times a day over the last week. Annoying and down right plain harassment.
Definately a scam
Definately a scam. Offered me an iphone 14 with next day delivery and they would also pay off my current contract, i played along until the caller asked for my long 16 digit card number, when i gave the wrong number he began to shout rude abuse down the phone. I have had a total of 7 calls from this company. Avoid, they dont even sound legit
1-Nil to me
So I read the reviews while I was on the phone as they had the audacity to continue the conversation when I said i wasn't interested and with attitude which clearly sparked some detective skills in me.
I then informed them that I worked for the cyber crime department in South Wales and that their contact number and property and organisation was now under investigation. The guy on the phone soon changed his tune and sounded very scared he said ma'am you don't want anything I will go now. I said no problem we will be in touch regarding our investigations soon and will be visiting your premise shortly.
Have a nice day !
I clearly don't work for cyber crime but atleast it might put the shitters up them to never have the cheek to call my number again.
So I consider this a win !
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Had my phone updated by 3 after I called about my data, however I got a call from these scammy bxxxards today to say they could give me an even better deal, don't know how they got my details; told them to fxxk off and blocked the number. Please be wary if these scammy bzmxxtards ..
SCAM - Working on behalf of Three mobile
Said they were working on behalf of Three. Could take my current SIM only plan of £16 a month to £10 and upgrade it to include unlimited everything including international roaming.
Already sounded too good to be true. Then they said they'd post out the paperwork and to make sure I wasn't a time waster they'd hold £30 against my debit card until the paperwork was returned.
Having dealt with Three many times (and other companies) this simply doesn't happen. Quite a sophisticated scam really.
When I looked up the number they called from it was the operator number for a shopping centre in central London!
Do not give these people your personal information. They got very defensive when I said I thought they were scammers and that I'd phone Three direct to validate the offer.
