Slow Customer Service
I have returned an ir light for exchange. The customer service person Bryan Avery acknowledged that they would send me a replacement white light (which is $1 less). My return package was verified received by Photon Light on December 11. It took almost two weeks to receive status of my replacement light.

Love the light! Unlike many competitive lights it survives on my keychain and never spontaneously turns on. It's so small and light that it's not even noticeable but it's always there when I need it. Best keychain light ever.

Bought a number of lights from Photon Light over the years; all have been outstanding in every way. Photon Light shipped on time, the lights were all better than I expected, everything was first class. I never needed support, so can't comment on that other than to say that it should be up to the same standards as everything else. Great company.

Over 1.5 week ago I placed my order and received tracking information, that it was picked up and etc. and opted to have the items tracked. Well, that's where we stand. Still en - route, click on USPS and it still shows it to be in Oregon awaiting pickup. So who knows where its at. I do know this company was quick to collect my payment.
But I will reserve leaving 4 stars until I receive the items. This excuse of no workforce is available due to covid, is getting old.
That's when management picks up the ball, put the disc batteries into an envelope, print out a label and call Post Office for Pick up. Pretty simple.
BTW, IS THIS THE SAME USPS THAT WANTS RATE INCREASES. I THINK WE SHOULD DEFUND THEM. MY PURCHASE IS SOMEWHERE IN THE ABIS.
