I try using their free Magic Eraser but constantly get interrupted every 5 second on verifying whether am I a human despite I CONFORMED IT A 100 TIMES ALREADY. How can they not notice this?

I have just started the PRO version at £69.99 per year.
It has stopped working after 1 day. There was a chat device. The operator advised me to flush the cash. I did this. I then tried again and I had to verify who I was with an email address that was not mine! I tried another PC. I tried to contact them and the form would not accept either of my email addresses.

Resume - I have paid, there is no way of contacting them, it has stopped working.

If I had wanted garbage, I would have asked for it.

SCAM ARTISTS. They charged me even though I didn’t have a subscription. They can see no email address of mine link to my account and I cannot trace where they were able to charge me from. £70 GONE.

Issue with the app, on the chat with customer service, no matter which employee I get, they always simply recommend to upgrade the new ios version. That's the extent of their customer service. Choose another app

Such a bad payment experience

They still charge my card even when after I cancelled my subscription, when I try to reach out they make it as hard as possible for you to communicate with the support team

this app is no terrible, it used to be half ok but then the upgrades killed it. this app will only drive you crazy and waste your time. ITS ONLY GOOD FOR REMOVING BACKGROUNDS... batch processing is a disaster everything is way out of proportion, looks strange,the Ai model is broken. i recommend NOT TO USE PHOTOROOM

Something so simple as uploading an image to remove its background makes it play the "something went wrong" card. Really? Late 2024 and things like these are still happening?

Excellent photo editor program. The support service is always in touch and always helps.

As of this review Photoroom is probably the best background removal tool we have found after trying quite a few.

That being said, limitations such as import limits of 2000 x 2000 and upscale tools not available on the web version make it annoyingly limited. Pixelcut is our go-to upscale program, and it feels conflicting to be paying for Photoroom but it not have such a simple tool available which a competitor (pixelcut) has.

My phone crashed at 2am becasue of this app. Dont know how many times i complained. What now?
The app never worked properly anyways.
I think they are scammers and possibly stealing our data, pictures. Etc.

if you create an account , you will soon discover that what they said is free, is actually not.

Then, you will find a procedure to delete your account and find out that it is wrong.

I ve been charged yesterday 69.99 euros for an annual subscription a month after the cancelation of the trial week... Since yesterday I ve been trying to solve the issue but there is no response. Just automatic chat with Al. Shame on you

Version 2 of the app worked well for my business, so I purchased a yearly subscription. Soon after, version 3 was introduced which is garbage. I contacted customer service thinking it was something they are working to fix. Nope. You can switch back to the old version for now, but they are phasing it out. A shame because I saw an increase in activity once I used the AI images for my business. I’ve found nothing else like it.

Photoroom is a scam. I joined for a free version on their website and downloaded the app on my iPhone, but I was charged A$139+ on 3/5/24 without being notified. When I tried to get a refund, all the buttons/links, including Facebook, never worked. Their reply to one of the complaints on this website on 26/10/23 was fake, too.

App used to be good. They changed the app without telling anyone they were doing it. Totally unusable for me now. I had paid for a year. You can cancel your subscription but can't get any of your money back for unused months. Customer service is a joke. All you get is canned responses and they ghost you. VERY SHADY company. They are stealing from me but not much I can do about it.

Photoroom AI Background is just trash now. Ai should be moving forward not backwards

They recently switch to their own "UPGRADED" AI model as what the owner calls it and the app has gone down the drain. It creates unrealistic AI backgrounds, everything out of place and proportion. Owners refuse to change back to the older AI model even though tons of complains on their Facebook group.

They increased the prices on the users then gave them this absolute garbage AI model now. The app is unusable. Also they ban people who complain about this on their Facebook group.

Do not give your money to these scamming profit hungry people.

I paid for three weeks, but the pro-version never worked. I tried to follow the instructions to activate pro without any luck. I offered them evidence that it didnt work, but they only offered me another 1 week for free.

When you have a bug in your app that makes it impossoble use pro you cant charge money for it.

Horrible support. There are better options out there. Ill nevet use such a crappy app with these kind og bugs.

Tried to explain and offer screenshots but they didnt care.
