Great customer service from Izzy Hirst i needed to urgently call off some hand dryers and they were very helpful and got them sent out straight away.

We have had some issues with PHS with some services not being done when they said they had but i have a new area manager, Saffron who seems pro active and is getting service levels increased. Early days but long may it continue.

Efficient and effective service from your representative Helen Ryan. She was helpful, managing to action my request almost immediately, talking me through next steps. Helen was really helpful demonstrating absolute quality in her approach to customer service. She even made a follow up call to ensure I was happy with the service provided, you don't often receive that from staff!
