Fixed both compactors on 2 different days quickly and efficiently
Steve Oneil response time is second to none, first visit he was here with an hour of my call and today only a day after reporting our issue , found the fault fixed it very quickly. He’s also very informative and knows his job so no wasting time.

Starting with the Customer Service…
Starting with the Customer Service (when making the initial phone call), good manners, well spoken, friendly person on the other end of the line (Becky Raj) has taken my query, logged the job and was able to advise on the engineer's ETA. Engineer (Peter- our regular engineer) attended the site as per previously advised ETA. Polite, very knowledgeable, managed to fix the issue during the single visit. The new Regional Sales Manager (Adam Copperwheat) made an effort to come to the site to introduce himself after taking over the role. Again, good knowledge, polite and friendly. We've been working with PHS for some time now, and as a very busy business, we need professionalism, quick reaction times, and the ability to resolve the issues with equipment (not that there are many of these) to ensure the continuity of our operations. Overall very good partner to work with, offering a very good pieces of kit suitable for all types and sizes of businesses.
