I was very pleased with the detail of the nickel St. George medal that we purchased for our grandson

I had the medal personalized I the block engraving that I had inscribed was very readable.

For the finer quality that I want, I will definitely use PicturesonGold

Laser engraved pictures look nothing like ads. I can’t even tell what they are because they just reflect light. I haven’t worn this locker yet and it wouldn’t close shut after opening it. Guess I need warranty service before I even wear it. I’ve already returned it once because picture was wrong. So disappointing, I got the engraving & birthstone because I wanted to make it special for my loved one I am grieving, so I spent $300. The engraving is so small I can’t read it. Major bummer, wish I could get refund.

I see the company made a statement saying it was repaired and sent back. It was repaired but the picture is not like the one I sent & the other picture reflects so much light I can’t see what it is. In addition, the locket won’t stay shut. It just pops back open.

Everything I wanted with choices that made sense...and having affirm as a credit available payment plan was a smart move by the Advertising Department.

Shopping is easy on this website. I like how easy it is to find the items you want and to upload your photos. However, I have had a quality issue with many of the items I have ordered. I have ordered multiple key chains and necklaces. A number of the key chains have fallen apart. This time I got a lifetime warranty. I think that's the best way to do this.

The little charm is just what I wanted. It’s delicate yet not too feminine if a man were to select a similar charm. Despite the size (a little larger than a dime and slightly smaller than a nickel) it’s very lightweight and I don’t even know it’s there. I bought a chain to go with this but the chain is more delicate than I wanted for daily wear and so I put this charm on my chain alongside my cross and it slipped on easily. Very happy with my selection!

I bought this beautiful heart memorial for my daughter. The love of her life passed in May 2026 from a brain tumor and she is heart broken. She was so happy when she saw the necklace. It is as beautiful as I hoped it would be. Quality is excellent. This is the 2nd time I have ordered a memorial necklace from Pictures on Gold and the first one was just as beautiful. Ordered my necklace it didn’t take long to receive and the necklace was perfect. Only thing it didn’t come with a chain had to purchase separately other than that I’m satisfied with the product.
