Don't buy anything from Pikolinos! 2 orders weren't delivered. Money not returned!
I placed two orders 25 and 26/11/2022 from Piklinos and I was pretty sure it is UK store or at least they are sending parcels from UK warehouse. After I got tracking scans I realised that parcels are coming from Spain (there is no single wirs about this at Pikolinos web site), what means I'll need to pay import taxes. I got in touch with customer service and asked to cancel orders ans return parcels. Despite of this parcels were sent.
I refused to receive one of the parcels and there wasn't attempt to deliver 2nd parcel. After it has been done I got in touch with seller and asked to request to return my parcels and refund my money. They said they'll request this, but it was one month ago and tracking not showing that parcels are returning.
In addition to that seller told I need to wait until parcels will be received at their warehouse. And only after that they will refund my money.
As it already over a month since parcels supposed to be returned I got in touch with seller again and asked to refund my money asap. But since that time (2-3 weeks at this moment) seller not replying to my emails anymore and ignoring me completely.

That amount that you see reflected in the price breakdown refers to the amount paid for VAT (spanish IVA). You don't have to worry because that amount is already included in the price of the item. The final price is all-inclusive. There are no Taxes to be paid in our orders sent to the UK.
The fact that you refused the parcel delayed the whole return process. Anyways, we have issued a refund in both orders before they got returned to us.

I have one pair of short boots and one…
I have one pair of short boots and one pair of knee-high that I’ve had for about 3 years. I discovered the heels are hollow when they collapsed on both pair a couple years after purchase. I paid to replace them with solid heels. I’ve only worn the knee-high boots about 15 times in 4 years and yesterday the both soles cracked wide open! As others have mentioned, I expected good, lasting quality boots based on the company’s reputation and the pricing. Sadly mistaken and disappointed! I will not be purchasing this brand again.

I bought a pair of Durcal M8P-4008C1 sneakers which became a liability after a few wears.
I bought a pair their sneakers last year or so, very beautiful I must confess however, the sole quality is the lowest I have seen in a long while. After just a month of use, the sides of the sole have deeply faded/receded such that I feel ashamed wearing them lately so has become a liability since then. I feel like shoes of such price should have better soles, due to this I only buy caterpillar or timberland sneakers now, their soles are much tougher.

Still Waiting
On December 12, 2022 I ordered shoes and a purse and a wallet. Watching tracking and it never left Miami, FLA after a label was created two days later. I finally called an agent, they said they would look into it. I kept emailing, waiting after they started an investigation with their shipping partner of choice UPS. I still waited. I emailed again. I got a response by email they were refunding me. I am waiting again, no refund. I am waiting. Yesterday Christmas Day I get a email saying case is resolved and closed. But it's not. Beware of this company. They have sat on $560 since Dec. 12, 2022. Hard to trust someone who can take your money instantly and you are waiting for a refund with no explanation where your package is or why.

At one time all my shoes/boots were Pikolinos but not so much now. The quality has certainly gone downhill. I do hope their move to China was a good move for the company as for customers it was the worst thing they could have done. We are still paying Pikolinos prices for a cheaper made version of their footwear. What a shame.
Thank you to Pikolinos for taking the time to answer my review. I certainly have to disagree with your statement below, your shoes are telling their own story. They are not of the same standard as previous years. Look at your reviews on here they are spelling it out for you.

I bought my first Pikolinos shoes this summer at the Shoe Market in Hingham , MA.
From the beginning the inserts of the shoes came off. Very disappointing. I will not recommend Pikolinos.
The price doesn’t reflect the quality.

Usually good quality shoes.
Just bought a pair , thought the leather was thin and the shoe was lighter than my existing pair I have had for two years.
Now made in China !! Stamped on the inside of the strap.
This is appalling I thought I was buying good quality Spanish leather shoes again .
Extremely disappointed.

A disaster
A disaster! I bought an attractive, comfortable pair of Pikolinos shoes at a shoe store in Orléans France this summer (July 2022). Today I wore them for the first time and after 15 mins I noticed I was leaving a trail behind me. Thinking it was dirt I checked the soles and found they had totally disintegrated - you can actually see inside the heels which have collapsed. It's a pity I can't post a photo here. It is I repeat, a disaster.

Faulty boots…
Brought some pikolinos ArtisAn boots less than two months ago, three weeks ago the detailing around the heel began to peel off. I took them back to the store I purchased them from and she suggested I may have got them wet and that it was my fault. She stated that she would need to send them away to be assessed. I'm disappointed that these $339 boots are apparently unable to meet the conditions of everyday wear over winter. I thought these were good quality boots? Was I wrong?

Pikolinos uses 100% natural tanned leather, which means it is of very high quality and it makes our shoes very comfortable.
Also, many of our models have a system where the sole is sewn to the shoe, meaning that the leather doesn’t lose its elasticity and moulds perfectly to the foot.
However, this does mean that our products are not suitable for water and, like any product made from natural leather, our shoes are not completely waterproof, as they are not manufactured with any synthetic material.

This is all you need to know. The shoes are ugly and uncomfortable.
Look at how bad the reviews are. As terrible as they are, these crappy shoes are also really expensive. Do not trust the friend who told you to buy them.

No credit for sale pricing
I had purchased two pairs of shoes from this company. Less than 3 weeks later they were discounted at least 30%. I inquired about getting a credit (not even a cash refund) as I truly like the shoes because of their comfort. They responded that is not their policy. I have never heard of a company that would not honor sale pricing within a months' time. Shame on them. I will no longer do business with them.

I love Pikolinos.. but my soles are disintegrating!!!
I love Pikolinos... I have 3 pair of the leather cut outs (i believe they are all from the Romana series) ... two sling back and one slip on...
The other day my foot kept slipping and I look and saw the rubber sole was literally disintegrating on both shoes... completely gone now! leaving a gaping opening and bare leather bottom. I was so surprised, looked at a pair of the sling backs and see it's about to happen to another pair.
They are a few years old, past the 2 year warrantee, but this shouldn't happen at any age. I keep my shoes in fine condition for YEARS. Yes, things can wear, but no like this.. not 'normal wear and tear'...
Will you stand by your product, Pikolinos???

Great Customer Service
Own three pair of Pikolinos men shoes. One pair showed signs of stitching working loose in a couple places. Sent pictures of the shoe problem areas. Pikolonos responded quickly and refunded my money. I only wanted the shoes stitching to be repaired. Couldn’t have ask for better service from them.

Reported a cracked sole in one shoe
Reported a cracked sole in one shoe, supplied photos to show they were otherwise in very good condition. They do not want to even look at the problem and no local shoe repairer can help because of the way the shoe is constructed. Never came across a faulty shoe that the manufacturer wouldn’t even examine and that couldn’t be repaired anywhere else before. These are expensive shoes and should last more than a few wears.

I love these shoes and boots
I love these shoes and boots. I can count on them fitting me regardless of the style. I have boots, flats and loafers. The leather is soft and the shoe molds right to your foot. They have a great return policy. Yes they are a little more expensive than most shoes but they wear wonderfully and any cobbler can replace the heels when they wear down. I recommend them to everyone.

Poor materials and craftsmanship
Poor materials and craftsmanship. Fist week I wore the boots had issues with the tabs that pull up the boot. Worn through the toe-box in less that one year. After contacting the manufacturer they did nothing to stand behind their product.
