Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 201 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently share that the staff members are extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist festival visitors with a wonderful smile. Visitors also deeply appreciate the spotless facilities, very comfortable tents, and the fantastic convenience of being extremely close to the main arena. However, some people mentioned encountering damp bedding inside their tents due to bad weather conditions and high overnight humidity. Consumers also noted that certain campsite areas experienced frustratingly long queues for amenities like coffee and food trucks, alongside limited bathroom facilities.

Just back from 4 nights in Harvest…

Just back from 4 nights in Harvest Moon, Isle of Wight festival. Cracking facilities, great tent, staff and location - lots of positives.
Downsides - other Pink Moon users shared our facilities; worked great for the social area, bar and DJ area, but meant progressively longer queues over the course of the weekend for all the ‘personal’ facilities, loos, showers, basins etc.
If multiple campsites are going to share there have to be more facilities! Also although security were fab face to face, they didn’t break up noisy groups at night. If you’ve spent that much to provide for a good night’s sleep security need to do a bit of gentle enforcement.

I was shocked at our experience - appalling

I was shocked at our experience & it came down to where you were placed at the site regardless of what you paid for. Came from Australia and are regular festival goers & campers. Paid for the 2 man dome tent for 4 nights.
We were shoved up against the main road fence. No space between the main drag and our tents. The noise & dust from the main road was unbearable.
No privacy screens had been put up until I complained!
Had people urinating over our tents during the night.
People screaming Wake Up all night and hearing every conversation of passersby The noise was horrendous.
People throwing their food over the fence.
Toilets kept getting blocked.
Shower lines were absurd during peak times.
No bins in the shower change rooms until I suggested they get some.
The charging station was a joke!it was so obvious they had over 1500 tents and not enough facilities.
The pamper room was a great idea but the lines at peak times were long.
We paid for 4 nights but left on Sunday we we couldn’t bear another night at Moonlight Meadows.
I bet my review isn’t shown as I give Pink Moon Zero!
I want a full refund it was that terrible and the IoW Festival organisers also need to improve their act as the toilets were putrid!

Well worth the money great experience

It was a good location pink 2 man bell tent allowed standing up and the mattress was definitely ok. Heavy duty foam . Loads of zips in tent to open so definitely felt safe.ventilation windows at side great as allowed air in and light in the tent. Black out walls were great . Close to all venues and showers and toilets with pamper room!

Review for Moonlight Meadow 2 man dome tent

IOW fest 2026 - 2 man dome tent

Feedback:

- [ ] Very disappointed with the tent quality (mattress and fabric of tent were muddy.
- [ ] Also there were no sleeping bags provided initially, we had to go back and request them.
- [ ] Position of the tent was extremely close to other tents.. there was barely room to sit next to the tent. Also it was right next to the main thoroughfare of the entire festival so there was constant noise whether that was people walking past, people shouting, vehicles including heavy trucks passing a matter of 1-2 meters from our tent. Also people urinated on our tent night one and threw a bag of chips over night 2. We complained about these issues to security and fair play Alan and Maxwell were very sympathetic and took the feedback on board. During day 2 as a result of our complaint a privacy screen has been put up on the fencing.
- [ ] Other campsite facilities were acceptable such as toilets and showers; the one main electric charge point was too small on one table in the middle of the seating area.

I feel that the price paid was far too high for what we actually received; we paid almost £400 for the most basic, unsanitary, noisy and polluted sleeping arrangements. Would not recommend and will not be returning for this reason.

What a fantastic experience my first…

What a fantastic experience my first stay in a Tipi with Pink Moon Camping. It is expensive, but was really worth it… comfy beds, spacious tipi, clean toilets and hot clean showers. Having such a lovely ( & close) place to stay really made the festival for me… would recommend 💯!

IOW - Beware of the tipi’s!

Beware of the tipi’s!! Very expensive with thin mattress on the ground - do not expect to get any sleep because of this. The photos on the website are very misleading.

Toilet and shower facilities very clean and staff really helpful - which is their only saving grace.

Great camping facilities but the head…

Great camping facilities but the head staff Sadie was terrible, forgot that we had paid a lot of money for the experience that still thought it was good to argue with the customer that was clearly pointing out that we were with friends & had requested group booking but were put miles apart & as we were sharing camping equipment, this would not work. After a lengthy time it took to resolve this, could had been easier with someone else in charge, that didn’t put the fear in the staff that they were scared to make any decisions

Just attended the isle of Wight Festival. Booking was easy and straightforward, communication was prompt and professional. Arrival was quick, informative and welcomed with a smile. Showers were hot, wash up area was conveniently located. All staff members were approachable, helpful, polite and appeared to be happy. Toilets and showers were clean. You offer a fantastic experience to the festive. Allstaff members are a credit to you and represented you amazingly. Thank you for providing us with a great memorable experience to our first weekend isle of wight festival

Some tents could be better.

Facilities, security, layout excellent. Admittedly there will be bottlenecks and queues at peak times. Something needs to be done about zero queues for men’s showers but always a long line for women’s. Tent was smelly - which suggested the tent wasn’t even cleaned end of last season - and considering the fortune we shelled out to stay in it left a sour taste in the mouth and tarnished an otherwise great experience.
