I'm going to add my 1 star. Ordered a monitor that was out of stock elsewhere but apparently still in stock here for a good price. Shipping was 5-8 days. After 5 days, I emailed to ask for a delivery estimate. Suddenly there is no stock and none expected, and my order is cancelled. They didn't charge my card, but they did waste a week of my time waiting for a product I doubt they ever had.
Almost terrible packaging of "refurb" printer, that was in fact DOA. Wouldn't even power on. They refused to take it back because the serial number didn't match their records. I had to go to the credit card company to file a dispute.

My SDLT tape drive died on me and I didnt want to have it repaired. So I looked around for various options on the internet. Found Pinnaclemicro whom I have bought from before via eBay. The prices were cheap on the tape drives I thought would work for me.
I opted for a refurbished Quantum SDLT 660 drive and it arrived on time and has been humming along just fine. Wish I would have ordered tapes with it but that is a minor problem since I know I can get those online also!
