We found Kerry very informative and confirmed our initial thoughts on Equity Release. The process through to completion and release of the proceeds went very smoothly
There were a couple of minor hold ups with LV but Kerry sorted them out very efficiently
I will definitely contact Pinneys for any future solicitor services

Just been honest
Just been honest, took ages for my house to go through could have lost the sale of it because too professional solicitors locked horns and it an estate agent to sort out the simple issue and it also cost me an extra £1000 for there bickering I am sorry but wouldn't use them because of this.

Upminster Branch Assistance
The Solicitor at the Upminster branch Lucy was extremely helpful to me & my wife when my mother sadly passed in the year. She has also helped greatly with information about a flat I was left in the Will plus redone the wills of myself & my wife to reflect our current wishes.
Prices a bit high I have to say but we did get what we wanted from a person who seemed to care.
