I purchased a chest of drawers from Pinolino via But Marketplace in August 2025, and unfortunately the quality has been extremely disappointing.
The furniture started breaking from different sides within the first weeks of normal use, and despite several repair attempts, it remains unstable and unsafe to use.

I contacted the seller to request a refund under the legal guarantee, but they refused, blaming the issues on my minor repair attempts instead of the clear structural defects.

I’ve since escalated the issue through But and reported it to the DGCCRF (French consumer authority).

Overall, very poor product quality and unhelpful customer service. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.

The company ships very fast, however, the subsequent courier company was slow with the final step of the delivery which is not the company's fault.
One part was damaged and the company sent a new one after filling out the necessary document on the webpage (there is a form for that). All in all, I am happy with my purchase! :)

Had to drill out some of the holes myself and even though I used tape to avoid ugly edges on the painted surface it still didn’t turn out as well as one could hope.

Should have bigger feets. Our daughter has almost tipped it a couple times when she’s lost balance and hit it sideways while standing on it.

I was surprised that one piece of the chest of drawers came wrong but Pinolino has replaced it for the good one. Thanks!

The baby cot is really practical, was quite easy to set up and meets our baby sleeping needs. The material is of good quality. I totally recommend the product.

I am very disappointed with Pinolino. It is branded as high quality and that's why I chose them for my baby's nursery. But so far, I only had stress, and carelessness from their part during the end of my pregnancy.

First, the transportation company that was chosen was non-professional as they never left me any message or contact info to me and sent back the products. This was not Pinolino's mistake so I was quite patient even if they were not very quick to handle the problems and I had to insist with the shop working with Pinolino every day. Had I not contacted them, the order would have been sent back again.

Then, they wrongly read the reference of one furniture and sent another one instead. I am still waiting for the product I ordered. A very quick check on the reference (name of the product) while packing would have avoided that problem...

Finally, two parts of a furniture had a fault (first time I have pieces with faults and I am quite surprised since I have purchased much worse and economical brands before) fair enough, it can happen. But Pinolino was not able to send me back the pieces : they sent me one piece instead of two while writing "2 pieces" on the receipt and no screw I've been asking for. I am currently wondering if people working there really carefully read the orders or if they casually just pack things without any consideration for the clients.

It seems a joke but I never came accross such non-professional ways of handling things and such succession of problems. One could think that after one, two problems, a professional brand would be very careful with the client. But Pinolino seems to enjoy adding neglect after neglect. I have to insist to have some answers and I am still waiting for the furnitures/missing parts and it's been one month and a half since I've placed the order. I would strongly advice to avoid dealing with Pinolino to anyone in the future as they do not seem to be serious with clients despite advertising high standards products.
