The ordering process was straightforward and Roger responded to my email questions quickly. I received my washi tape this week and was delighted with it. Great quality product. I'll be ordering more designs in future and would highly recommend. It did take a while to arrive but I wasn't surprised in light of covid that things are slower than they might usually be

PinPals's customer service was amazing, with very quick responses and instant updates. I had quite a short deadline that I needed my pins by and PinPals were able to manufacture and deliver my glittery enamel pins very much in time for that deadline! I am very happy with the quality of the pins too! Overall PinPals is the best pin manufacturers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

This was my first time ordering enamel pins and the help and advice I received was brilliant. There was a delay with the order due to the Covid-19 virus, which was no body's fault, but I was kept up to date the whole way through. When the pins and backing cards arrived the quality was excellent and I am already planning my next order. Thank you!

The package did take a bit to arrive, which caused some worry but it arrived eventually! I was super happy with what they gave me! Two amazing pins, a keychain and a sticker. Both pins are already shining on my pencil case and the sticker on my laptop! Thank you for everything!!
