Pins are always perfect and Roger is super friendly and ready to answer any questions. I have ordered a wide range of pins from PinPals and have always been impressed with the service and quality.

Well. I’ve had 40+ pin designs made now by Pinpals, different sizes, finishes, more complex designs that have various cut-outs etc, as well as enamel necklaces, earrings and patches - I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The low minimum order quantities are great, prices are very reasonable, and most of all, the quality is awesome. I also love that it’s not a huge faceless company - Roger is always on hand to help with queries or sort out any potential problems on the rare occasion there are any.

I tried a different manufacturer previously, and found them too expensive and not the easiest to deal with. So I was super happy to find Pinpals, & will continue to get my products made by them - it’s always so easy, I’ve never had any issues, and I’m so pleased with how all my products have turned out! Thanks again!

Waiting times from order to receipt of items are slightly long, but they are a guarantee of quality, so it is worth waiting.

Well what can I say about my experience with pin pals!! Considering I still don’t have my order I would say poor is a good word. This is the first time I’ve used this company to create a pin for me, I’ve used others but the reason I chose pin pals was the time frame was shorter and the minimum order was smaller and as this was a one off project I thought they would be perfect. When I ordered the website stated the completion date as the 22nd of April and that was perfect for me so I placed the order and received a confirmation email saying that artwork would be sent for approval in 7 days. After 7 days I hadn’t heard a thing so I emailed and got a response that it was 7 working days so I thought ok who am I to quibble over a couple of days, the pin looked great and I was very happy. So I approved the design and they then dropped the bombshell that the order will take 31 days to complete. I pointed out that when I ordered it said 22nd April and the response was between the 22nd of April til the 21st of May! So what could I really say to that, baring in mind that I ordered on the 1st of April! So since then nothing, not a thing from pin pals so on the 6th of May I emailed for an update no response I emailed again on the 7th and they responded and said everything was on track for delivery before the 21st of May! Finally I thought, I’ve already sent the project to all of my customers and I’m having to send the pin on at my expense but I can’t blame pin pals for that. What I can say is that it’s the 21st of May today and no pins! I’ve emailed this morning and as of yet no response! Pin pals customer service is so poor there isn’t any reassurance or communication hence the bad review. Now I may regret this review if the pins turn up and they are amazing, but do I hold any hope on ever receiving the pins? Not really, that’s how much faith I have in pin pals at this present time.

Roger is fantastic to work with - super responsive and always happy to help, the products are always brilliant quality and I will continue to use PinPals for years to come.

Excellent customer service- really accommodating and communicative. The pins I ordered, however, were really poor quality. So many have mislaid enamel, chips, bubbles, and just look cheap. I'm sad about this because if I could give a review based on services and experience alone, it'd be 5 stars. Sorry to say I don't plan on ordering again.

I’ve worked with PinPals since they first started up and I’ve never been less than thrilled with their work. The customer service is perfect, they keep you updated from every stage of creation and will let you change anything at any point.
You really get the feeling like if you’re not happy, they’re not happy. They truly go above and beyond and I’m stumped in terms of where they could improve.

Best pin company out there, I used “other” Norwich based “family” pin providers and was messed around no end with a shoddy product. Pinpals got my order up and going in no time and deliver a professional product. Would def use again!
