Quick and easy to understand ..

Nothing but problems with this site booking campsites get emails to say been cancelled Nobody knows nothing about it. What’s happened lost money? Three times. Reply from you says your work with and them to resolve this. This is your problem I pay you accepted the money then you put cancelled on the booking so I panicked and booked a second campsite and then the campsite says nothing has been cancelled. You and you only are at fault doesn’t matter what terms and conditions they are it’s nothing to do with the campsite. had a second campsite now cancel saying pitch up advertised dates that are not available

Once again unable to book with successful payment on any device other than PC, not possible on tablet or iPhone.

Really easy to book and the information about the campsite was spot on

easy to navigate the site, to where i wanted to stay... at short notice. All worked well.

Very large camping, which allows enough distance between tents. Fresh air and beautiful nature. All needed facilities like shower and toilets and washing area. Easy to book and very friendly staff.
Already 3 times we have been there and will keep going.

We were scammed when booking through this site for O'Doyles farm.

We paid through the pitchup app and were told a breakdown of the price.

We were then told we have to check in and had an outstanding balance. Having never stayed there before and travelled all that way we paid this through O'Doyles out of fear of being turned away. Expecting the other amount to have been a deposit.

We had infact been charged twice through pitchup and O'Doyles. We have contacted both and instead of apologising or refunding neither have claimed it was a mistake and we are left out of pocket for a night in a field. Save time and money and just book through a safe site directly!!! Will never use again.

The website is easy to surf through looking for sites with filters that match my requirements. Easy booking. If something goes wrong they have been good at sorting out problems.

Have used this site for a couple of years and the ease of use here and in Europe is fantastic

Booking with Pitchup was very easy, the site is easy to navigate and important information is clearly laid out. Viewing available dates and pitch types was clear and easy to see.

I have used then now 4 times and all the times was great, it is the best and easy site to find a pitch

The Railway Inn campsite. Well what can I say you are sandwiched in like sardines! Toilets/ showers disgusting and to top it all so noisy at night with the freight trains going by will not be returning. We left early. Just couldn’t relax and sleep at night. What’s the point. Very disappointing 😠
