the first and last time that i will…

the first and last time that i will order from Pixmania

been almost one week that i had ordered my new smartphone and since then no feedback/answer ..

on their site,it's clearly mentioned that the shipment will be delivered 48hour and no news after one week , i've contacted them twice via thier messaging but so far no news ..

will not recommand to anyone ordering from that site.

Extremely poor customer service!

Pixmania deleted my account; therefore I'm unable to return my malfunctioning TV or get service of any kind. I'm unable to reset a password, they are unable to return my calls or e-mails. Philips is unwilling to repair my TV without Pixmania intervening; because my Pixmania account was deleted I don't have any more information then my PayPal payment information. One big mess! Extremely poor customer service!

I received my product but not in time

A half year ago I've bought something on the shop of pixmania.be. I've paid for it and normally it would arrive in a few days. It was a present (photo camera) for my son on Christmas. They promised it would arrive on time, it didn't. Bummer. They said the transport company made a mistake... (Isn't it always the other person who is the bad guy?)
