Can find stuff at good prices, pretty quick delivery and I've never had any issues

I already made 3 purchased with this company. It was always the best price I found and the service/delivery was all good.

Just once and in the first time I tried one their sellers I had a problem. I made the purchased and the order status didn't change to "Dispatched" at all. After 9 days I sent and e-mail to Pixmania and AVIDES (the seller) complaining about the delay. Then I got my order shipped.

4 stars because of this mentioned problem.

Ps: Just avoid AVIDES.

The delivery was amazingly quick and I could also track it all the way across Europe also the customer service was helpful and nice and the prices were amazing compared to some competition!

I didn't know that they are based in Europe, so when the camera arrived it didn't have an UK plug on the charger. But that's why there are adaptors. Everything arrived in perfect order in less than a week of placing the order.

I purchased a Samsung smart tv and am delighted with the product and the price offered by Pixmania.

However, it was late in arriving - it was not dispatched until almost a week after order and this was after I made contact. Then when it arrived the Irish electricity adaptor was missing. This took the guts of another week to arrive.

All in all the product was great value but the delivery experience was poor unfortunately.

Bought Nikon 50mm f1.8D lens and got it in couple days. Prize for it was perfect and 24/48 hours delivery was wort of its price.

I would indeed but other items from this company. Everything was in perfect order, the price including postage very reasonable, description of the product was very accurate, the deliver was extremely prompt. For this reason I hate to may my only query.

Was I to receive a pouch or something to store the 8 Gig USB Key as it did not come with a lid? Could you reply via email, please?

Great prices, good delivery times, the unit is superb for the price paid for it. Expected an adapter as per item description but none available (my reason for not giving 5 stars) as the unit has a european plug much like every other product sent by the company.

I used pixmania to recently purchase a new laptop. I had been to local stores and visited some of the larger chains that offer value for money in computers and electrical appliances. I found Pixmania to have a wider choice and better value for money. I ordered the laptop and had it very quickly within 4-5 days of ordering. I am very happy with the product and the service offered by pixmania was excellant. I have purchased smaller items from this company before and had similar experiences. I would highly recommend them and will definitely do business with them in the future.

After ALOT of trouble with another company I went to pixmania to buy my Nikon SB-700 speedflash.The service was second to none, I was kept up to date atall time and the delivery was here within three days. I did how ever receive my item from France so it seems and with that I receivd theuser manual in French...I don't speak french but being totally honest it isn't something I am overlyupset about. I would shop with pixmania again tomorrow.

Previously bought a D90 in Jan from Pixmania spent weeks/months trying to get a replacement/refund. Poor communications from the company and weak service.

I got the credit back eventually, and ordered a D7000 which has focus problems again. Frankly at this stage I am quite annoyed that I had to spend money on another faulty product from the company. I just wanted my money back (a real refund) not a credit.

I can't blame them for the problems I have had with the cameras, but I can blame them for some pretty terrible customer support which included a number of mix up's, a supposed exchange that never happened, and having to threaten to take legal action unless the situation was resolved.

I would advise others to avoid the company I have had nothing but bad service from them. Prior to this I had a good experience with Pixmania. It seems everything is ok until you have a problem with a product and want to return it and resolve a problem. Then the customer support just falls apart a mix of admin errors, ineffective communications and weeks of bashing a keyboard in frustration.

Customers deserve better than this.

I have ordered just over €550 worth of items from Pixmania (laptop, headphones, computer mouse, earphones, mousepad). My first order was about 7 months ago and i have just received my second order a couple of days ago.

Very good delivery service, well priced and fast delivery (I live in Ireland).

I would recommend the website to anyone. Very good prices and an excellent selection.

The prices are great. Even argos don't have such low prices/items so pixmania was the stop for me.
Ordered 3 items on thursday night, which was processed the next day, arrived the next friday, packages in perfect condition so as the items inside.
There were so many people saying bad things about pixmania and their delivery/customer services so I was confused whether to order there or not, but so far, haven't had a single problem with them, they're great at what they're doing and they have my trust.
Will surely buy more things from pixmania in the near future because they know how to provide good services for amazing prices.

I've ordered two computer setups from pixmania in the past 12 months and on both occasions both were very reasonably price and were delivered on time if not even before i was expecting them, site is a breeze to use. Also they are one of the only online stored that i have shopped from that offer next day delivery to ireland, the first order i placed was on 22nd of december 2011 and i had it on the 23rd which is amazing considering the time of year. all i have to say is i would recommend them to friends and family alike.

This is the second time that I have ordered Hard Disks from Pixmania. Both times the packing has been completely inadequate. Both times the hard disk was floating about loose in the packing box. Amazingly both disks seem to be working O.K. Surely the dispatcher should realise that these are relatively sensitive pieces of electronics and require to be packed adequately.

I was impressed with pixmania's punctuality. shipping was faster than any other delivery service. they told me to allow 4 days delivery from france to ireland i had my item in 2 days also over the weekend which is rare , the product arrived in perfect condition i cant find any fault with the company also my friends agree this is a reliable company.
I would also like to share after a few hours searching for my product ( forerunner210 ) i found that pixmania was considerably cheaper than any pther which is why i chose them in the first place . I wil be using them again for any other products i might need . thank you pixmania , top marks

I bought a Samsung laser printer and inks.
The parcels came as previously announced in perfect condition.
Reasonable priced, great experience, would recommend it to friends and family.
There's only one thing, it should say on the site that the printer is sold with sample ink cartridges. Thinking it was empty, I bought the cartridges with it. Which drove the price up quite high. Doesn't matter, I will use them anyway.
