Honestly the worst customer experience in my life

Maybe I've been a bit harsh with my words so I bumped up the the review to 2 stars, but it was still a really frustrating situation. At least I got the game after all in the end.

Tried to pre-order No More Heroes 3 Deluxe Edition.
Site constantly crashed because of the amount of traffic, which made pre-ordering a hellish and almost impossible experience, and made many people miss out on their pre-order. Luckily I've managed to get mine after a lot of frustrating attempts.
One week before launch they mailed to their international customers (in French) that due to a shortage of materials because of the pandemic, they couldn't promise to deliver on release date, but promised to keep us up to date. Annoying, but maybe beyond their control. (Side note: They told us that the production would be more expensive than initially expected, but promised us that we wouldn't have to pay more. How generous of them, am I right?)
Three weeks after this mail and two weeks after the launch date, I still haven't received my game and have received ZERO updates from them.
Me being disappointed is an understatement. I am a long time No More Heroes fan, I was one of the first to pre-order the game, paid more money for a deluxe edition, and the result is me being treated like crap. I've never ever written a Trust Pilot review, but this disappointment made me finally reach for this site to express my experience.
Suda51 if you're reading this, please never work with this company ever again if they continue like this.
