Everytime I try and Order from Pizza Patron the order never goes through!

At 10pm today I tried to order a pizza from Pizza Patron. I live in Central East Phoenix. First the order has to be over $20 to be delivered. I was forced to order two pizzas instead of one at twice the cost. Next it said it cannot be delivered because a street is closed and to choose another day. HELL NO. With such disgusting customer service it's amazing that Pizza Patron stays in business at all!
