Just had a new rock door fitted quality and installation team very good. Customer service very poor, told 6 weeks from measure took 18 weeks due to a mis measure on the arch. Information very sparse until everything fitted then bombarded with telephone and messages requesting final payment. Once again customer service very poor and needs addressing

Just had new windows and door fitted and all I can say is it has been excellent service from start to finish.
Brilliant survey and advice on what windows and doors, kept updated on delivery and start to job. The two guys who fitted (Lee) were prompt, tidy and did an excellent job. There has usually been some disappointment on previous other companies that have worked on our property but not with Plan-it. I would definately recommend them to anyone just brilliant!
If you need doors windows etc Companys don't come better than Plan It.Top quality materials very high standard of preparation,workmanship and finishing.
