A regular customer to this store and usually I have absolutely no issues.
I bought a juice and the deputy manager who made it for me had very blunt service. After she gave me my juice, I noticed there was some left over in the juicer.
I went outside to give my daughter her juice but needed to exchange a product. When I went back inside to my dismay, she was drinking the left over juice with her colleague. Usually they offer to pour the leftovers into a small sized shot cup or can fill up your juice container. Unfortunately this didn’t happen, when I asked her about it she rudely explained and stormed off.
I guess she was thirsty!
Hot food counter is back at Queens Park Salusbury Road! It’s delicious and fresh and the new staff intake seem lovely. Fantastic improvement!
Appalling customer service. I received an email a week after I made an order stating that one out of the 3 items I ordered was out of stock and if I didn’t reply to that email, the entire order would be cancelled. Despite replying to say I didn’t want to cancel, I’ve just had confirmation that it has been cancelled!

I have placed my order on the 9th of March and the delivery was cancelled from their side twice.
I have requested refund, no one is responding to my emails, I wrote 13 emails in total to customer service...
I have called twice a Planet Organic store twice and spoke with a manager who kindly informed me that she wrote an email to the customer service on my behalf.
Still no respond and my refund was never processed.
This morning i have placed review on Planet Organic online shopping website with 1 star rating and was deleted by Planet Organic shortly after posting.
The stress that they are causing to me is inexplicable, their behaviour is upsetting me so much.
I have few years long relationship shopping in their store in Westbourne Grove for years, that relationship was broken by incredibly bad customer service.
The customer director of Planet Organic stated on her LinkedIn account:
" Putting the customer at the heart of everything we do at Planet - through our brand, our website, our social and our customer services"
Empty promise sadly ....
No wonder they’re not doing so well.
Customer service (with the exception of a couple of people) has gone downhill
It seems like everything is a problem every time I go, and I’m a regular customer ... every time same issues
I’ll start buying online elsewhere, no surprise they might close, I did try to support their store but it’s not appreciated

Ive ordered Cocos yoghurt from here on a few occasions and every time it arrives, the yogurts have arrived damaged and yoghurt spilling everywhere. I decided to give Planet Organic one last opportunity, hoping the yoghurts will arrive better packaged. I ordered 3rd April, items to arrive 6th. I got an email to say they're are delayed, it'll arrive 7th. It is now 8th and still no delivery or update! I don't have much hope that these yoghurts will arrive in tact. I've lost total faith in this company. I will not be using again in future, very disappointing

bought kale sprouts and one packet was definitely off, this is very serious as could cause food poisoning, tried to call and customer service non existent, tried to send email but that didn't work out either so will not order from them again. beware!!!

I bought accessories for a vitamix blender online from Planet Organic. When they arrived the interior box was damaged and had clearly been resealed. The products themselves (blending cup, blending bowl and blade) were all scratched, dirty and used. There is even food debris on the bowl.
I raised the issue via the recommended channel - just a customer service email. I received a response which I assume was just a template email saying issues in transit sometimes occur and could I send pictures of the damage caused. Which I did straight away. This was 6 days ago. I have chased twice and received no response at all. This product cost £130.
I strongly recommend avoiding using the Planet Organic website.

My complaint with plant organic is far too long to put into this review.
I’m a small business owner myself I understand customer complaints, I would never treat my customers the way plant organic do.
I will never purchase from them again.

Westbourne grove branch is excellent
Staff are knowledgeable and really helpful
The cooked food is really healthy and nourishing
I have been ordering from PO for a while and even used to work with them.
However, I just placed an order which arrived so promptly and I was very pleased.
I opened my parcel to find one item missing.
Then I had no emails response in the last day from customer service and honestly I am fed up.

Planet Organic such a great a name you really would expect to buy only healthy products WRONG
I was shocked to see that Rapeseed oil was in lots of products
Hummus, mayonnaise, sauces most jar products.
Apart from that I realised the packet foods are just fancy and overpriced nothing special or healthy.
This is a very expensive shop, I don’t mind if they are selling naturally organic healthy products but not everything is.
READ THE LABELS BEFORE YOU BUY.

Stay clear of this company at all costs.
Placed an order on 15th Jan. Received no order confirmation at the time of order althought funds were taken from my account.
Chased by email 4 times but still no reply or acknowledgement.
Contacted my bank and used the dispute chargeback service of which luckily I received the funds back in my account within 4 days of submitting all the relevant documenting evidence.
If you experience the same level of shocking service by this terrible online retailer use chargeback. Unfortunately it seems it's the only option that will get you the right resolution.

Terrible company. Ordered three protein powders and the order was delayed on two occasions with No explanation. I had requested for the order to be delivered to my local pick up shop as i live on a main road and knew i would not be home to take the delivery. i then received an email to let me know my order was successfully delivered to my home address (i was at work so this was not possible). Once i got home and confirmed there was no parcel i contacted plant organic who responded (10 days later!) saying as i had requested for the parcel to be left in a “safe space” they would not be refunding me as they had followed the correct procedures. This is not true and showed there complete lack of competence. I have replied twice since and have had no reply since 24/1/23. 11 days later now and counting.
DO NOT ORDER FROM PLANET ORGANIC ONLINE.

This is my first order with Planet Organic. It was ordered on a Saturday lunchtime and I received notification later that day that my goods were on their way. Today - Monday - package arrived. Very happy.
I'll be honest - if I'd read the reviews on here first, which I usually would have done, I wouldn't have touched PO with a barge-pole. But my experience was good - the packaging was excellent as was the DPD delivery. Maybe I just got lucky. Time will tell...
