I was holding off writing a review until I heard back from customer services…or a refund but I’ve had such a bad experience with that hopefully this will stop others from ordering.
The customer service is unfortunately none existent. I placed my order over the Christmas period and paid £5 for the first delivery slot in the New Year. I received communication letting me know my order was delayed due to items being out of stock - which was fine.
I emailed asking when I should expect my order...no response. I then got an email letting me know the rest of my order had been shipped minus the items that were out of stock (I based my order off these items as PlanetOrganic were the only ones that stocked them).
I’ve still not had any communications from the customer service team. I’m now left with a order of remaining items that I’d rather have just cancelled.
Think the reply over a month after I originally posted the review tells you all you need to know about the customer service experience for this company. Sad as the products are great!

Don't buy online. Product was faulty - no-one to speak to. it was an expensive Machine - RETURNED it to a shop and havent heard anything 5 days later....

Ordered on 08.12.22 online. Paid an extra £10 for delivery.
I haven't received my order yet.
They are extremely slow in answering emails. Almost no customer service. I literally feel like they're ignoring me and hope that it will sort itself out.
It is 13.12.22 and haven't received my order yet and a lot of my emails are getting ignored.

Don't buy online, impossible to get an answer from their talkouts email when things don't go as expected. Got an email saying that it wouldn't be possible to get my delivery on my nominated day. This email didn't include any new dates and said that if I didn't reply they would cancel it or keep it on hold. After 3 emails, asking for a new date, updates and a complain I still haven't heard back from them. No other way to contact them besides that rubbish email. I know they have the products back in stock, as I've received a second delivery from another order I placed later, but still no update on my previous one. Stay away from their online shopping, never been ghosted before by anyone the way they have just not replied at all.

A nice store with mostly organic items and a good selection of supplements. On top of the options that aren't organic. The employees are always polite and try hard to make their customers happy.
I have spent over £1,000 on an order on Sunday the 13th website says next day delivery and it’s now Friday the 18th and I haven’t heard a thing no tracking updates contacted customer support 3x but nothing. I’m actually relieved that this thread exists meaning that the business actually exists.
This isn’t good at all…

Having paid the order on 8/10/22, no confirmation email and any delivery details, the DPD parcel next day mid day delivery with extra £10, writing a email to the customer service and no reply was received.

A little pricey but good quality. Have only shopped in store and go there for specific items that are hard to find elsewhere.
I desperately needed a new Vitamix as mine had broke on Saturday. I needed one asap for my restaurant. Ordered at 14:45 Sunday. Delivered at 9am Monday. Quality service!!!
Given this company enough chances with delayed deliveries, missing or damaged items.
The last straw today was me opening an already delayed package to find the spinach daal had exploded and leaked over everything else. It was in such a sorry state it went all over me too - if they cannot package fresh items properly then they should not be selling them!
They have offered me a voucher to spend, but I just want a refund at this point. And to no longer use their services. Planet Organic is very overpriced for what you get and the delivery service is absolutely dire.

I had the problem most people seems to be complaining about.. I placed a order to be delivered to my shop which is on the corner of a Main Street! It’s huge unmissable shop. First the delivery driver said we was shut when trying to deliver? It was 4-45 pm and we open till 7.30 pm !! Then got a random picture text of some building where he supposedly delivered, I eventually got a refund , but no offer of a re delivery or replacement? Wasn’t impressed . And tbh not sure I’d want to Oder again after reading these reviews

elt very frustrated and disappointed in receiving my order from planet organic.. the packing was very poor. items had leaked (not packaged properly) so the whole box of good was contaminated.. although usable I had to wash off the items.. planet organic have refunded me for the items that leaked and were unusable.. however. no apology.. no recognition of the hassle of clean up and the very very poor lack of good packing .. I felt disappointed and not enthused to order from them again !

Bought two loaves of fresh sour dough bread, though one of them tasted horrible and the other was chucked in the bin later on :Dry and too much flour....Moreover, couldn't find any organic yeast on the shelves. Moreover, staff behind the till gave me attitude....What does this say about the management ? TBH, Planet Organic isn't what it used to be : Good food and friendly staff. So yeah, don't think I'll visit Muswell Hill branch again.

Placed an order online and did not receive a confirmation. I had to contact customer services to resend to a different email address as I was not receiving anything to my hotmail account. Following this, I received no further updates and my delivery did not arrive on the day I had paid for. I then had to contact them again and was told two of items (kefir and Wild Nutrition supplements) were out of stock although still showing available online!! Apparently they had contacted me via email (the one I had already told them I cannot receive their emails too). I then had to go through asking them again to change my email address and ask them if they could substitute a refill of the Wild Nutrition supplements to the jarred version (same price). Now I am waiting for a reply because customer services couldn’t change my email address themselves or check if the other version of the supplements were even in stock (bit concerning that they are aware that items appear in stock online and they are actually not, they must be collecting a lot of money this way)… not sure the point of a customer service team who can’t offer the service their customers need.
PO sell great products and the staff in the shops are reasonably good however, head office and customer service are a bit of a joke and let the company down. They appear to be a high quality company but don’t have the substance. Perhaps they are expanding the quantity of the shops they have too quickly and not focusing on the quality of the company as a product. Bad management.

Attempted to place an order. Was unable to get past the activation stage. To my surprise an order went through without my knowledge of this. Dreadful website and ordering system.
I really wish I had read the reviews here on trustpilot as now I fear a week of hassle from this company with regards to shipping. Won't be ordering again.
