Love our pond in a pot
I ordered a pond in a pot for my son's birthday and we are thrilled with it! It arrived quickly and the plants were in a lovely condition, everything has settled in since we got it a couple of weeks ago and look so lovely out on our patio. The kids check it everyday!

good plants
good plants. One arrived very squashed and out of it's pot. However, I contacted them and they sent out a replacement promptly. I feel a bit guilty over this as the original plant is now recovering
Really pleased with my plants and they are all growing well in my wildlife pond, which now has resident newts and tadpoles. I've seen a toad and can't wait to see what else visits. I got a mix of deep water and free floating plants and oxygenators.

Unlike other providers we have used, PfP do everything right. Superb packaging assures plant arrival in tip top condition. Planting advice excellent. They are all now planted in our tiny pond and we look forward to watching the, develop.

Information on packaging poor
Plants arrived quickly and well packaged except no indication on packaging that they were plants and to be kept upright. Therefor the soil and plant had fallen out of pots and had to be replanted. Luckily only one of five plants suffered but is now recovering.
