I have recently used Plan Cars for a personal lease (my first time leasing) First of all they gave me the best price for the specific car and spec that I wanted and also they were extremely responsive to any queries from pre-order stage right through to after care service.
I would happily recommend this company to friends, family, colleagues and anyone who'd listen!

After researching various options for a new 2016 plate car I found that planyourcar provided the most competitive rates and flexible options for the model I wanted. I dealt with Chris, Emma and Ria who were highly professional and efficient throughout the process. They answered my many questions quickly, made the whole process easy and straight-forward, and got me a great deal. The car arrived on the agreed date and I couldn't be more happy. I would definitely use this company again.

This was my first time leasing and as you can imagine I was a bit unsure, but Plan settled my nerves. The staff - Chris, Ria & Emma were always on the end of an email or telephone to answer my many queries - All a credit to Plan. I will be coming back to Plan in 3 years time once my mini goes back.

In the four years plus that we have been using Plan to supply our company vehicles I have found them to be honest, efficient and very friendly people to deal with. Any problems - which are few - are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner. The quotations are honest with no 'hidden' costs which I found to be a problem with some other would be suppliers. It is very refreshing in todays world to deal with a company that is a pleasure rather than a problem to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to any company.

Customer service is great and everyone is very friendly but unfortunately they gave me completely the wrong figures despite me asking to have these double-checked as other companies were adamant these figures weren't possible. After being reassured I was then given 2 completely different quotes over the subsequent weeks which kept being given as corrections and ended up being more expensive than everyone else. A lot of time and effort was wasted. Needless to say the order is cancelled and I am obviously going to be delayed in getting hold of the car I wanted.

I contacted Plancars and spoke to George Barker about my requirements and budget. He listened to my needs and came up with a couple of vehicles for me to look at. We settled on the Vauxhall Astra as it had the gadgets i had become custom to and it had a suitable size engine for my budget.
Car arrived in the morning of the delivery day and the person that delivered the car showed me all the controls and made sure i was happy.

All in all i would recommend anyone looking at leasing to contact George at Plan cars as i do believe he has your best interests in mind and will look after you. Very happy customer.

We have leased cars from Plan for over 3 years now. Glenn & the whole team are always available to answer our questions, especially when it came to arranging collection for our old car & delivery of the new car.

The quotes were always more competitive than other websites and even the main dealers. I'm now a happy driver of a lovely A6 Black Edition.

We are so happy with our bmw 2 series msport. I dealt with Tony and Ria mainly and every question and detail was dealt with. Leasing a car with Plan You Car really is a no brainer.
It's cheaper with these guys than going through BMW themselves.
I recommended a friend and he ordered up a Mercedes.

If Heineken did customer service, they could still learn from Chris, Emma and Ria at Plan Cars! They put up with my constant questions and pestering for progress with professional and yet friendly emails and phone calls. The car arrived on time, in perfect condition and the delivery driver was well presented, smiling and helpful! I'm actually looking forward to doing this all again in 2 years time!

After reviewing several sites, Plan Car Leasing did the best deal for the car I wanted and once I spoke to Chris it was a done deal.

The customer services representatives (Ria & Emma) have been fantastic, keeping me informed throughout the whole process and providing almost weekly updates on the state of the car.
