It has been a pleasure to deal with Plan Car Leasing. From initial 'on line' inquiry to delivery the whole process was dealt with in a professional, friendly and speedy manner.

Calls were returned the same day in response to any question, frequent updates and simple paperwork all contributed to a smooth, stress-free experience.

The whole team were extremely helpful but a special mention must go to Emma and Ria who were there ready to offer advice and assistance at the drop of a hat.

The process from order to receiving my new car was simple and pretty quick. I was able to choose exactly the spec I wanted and after signing a few forms it was only a few weeks until I received my brand new VW (petrol) Polo in the colour and model I wanted. All queries were answered quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use again in four years time when I hand the Polo back!

Plan Car Leasing made the whole process seamless from beginning to end. This was the first time I had leased a car and I didn't know what to expect - but they certainly exceeded my expectations.

There was always someone at the other end to answer any queries I had (and I had many) and I was always kept in the loop - right up until I got my car delivered.

The person who delivered my car was on time and ultra friendly too :)

I urgently needed to get a new car at the end of 2014 and one of my friends recommended Plan. I checked out their website and found an absolutely ridiculous (read cheap!) price for the Volkswagen Golf R so contacted them, filled in the documentation and just a couple days later everything was approved. I had to wait a few months for the new (no fault of Plan) and they assisted me in getting a short term lease. Communication throughout was great and I'm now driving a car which I absolutely love for a ridiculously low price. Thanks!

I have never leased a car before last year but I needed a car to get me to work for a teaching job with one year's contract. The whole team were excellent and friendly in guiding me through the quote, administration and delivery of the vehicle. Throughout the year if I had any questions they were always prompt to reply. The return of the vehicle ran efficiently. Good value for money with no hefty deposit required just a document fee of £150. One very happy customer!!!! Plan car leasing are a joy to deal with , great team offering a great service. I run a fleet of 40 cars of which we have now put 80% through Plan due to how they deal with your enquiry from start to finish , I even have my own car from them .

we have previously had cars supplied by lease companies however choose not to renew contracts due to the service received,i met with plancars and felt this company was different and the would deliver what they said they would do and provide the service expected we leased 7 cars and have just increased to 11 (very satisfied customer).

Great service, price and product.

New car delivered last Friday as agreed. We first dealt with them 3 years ago when they had a particularly good offer. As a small fleet operator Plan save us going round multiple dealers to purchase our company cars. I have previously recommended them to friends and associates.

This company was recommended to us and I have to say that they were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much for them and we ended up with the vehicle we wanted, in our first choice of colour, much sooner than expected and the price was very favourable too.

Would recommend them to anyone and our Son has just placed an order too and although it was a difficult deal, Plan came up trumps again.
