Ordered a tin of decking oil. It arrived by courier. The tin was badly damaged. Leaked everywhere as I undid the package. Lost most of the tins contents and had to throw away the item before ut damaged my home further. E-mailed twice. Contacted them via ebay. The only response was to send me a returns label.
Obviously didn’t bother to read my correspondence.

brought from the seller at first they replied then stopped when j explained I wasn't happy and requested half the money back or correct items sent , took and sent photos as requested then no reply , Don't get disappointed by a fraudster avoid and shop elsewhere please , be aware they sell on eBay under this name too

Ordered a pack of 4 expanding foam canisters from this company via Amazon.co.uk, received a dispatch email the following morning advising a delivery date. An hour or so later, email received from the seller that their courier would not deliver to my address so they had initiated a refund. I live in a town near Inverness, one of the largest cities in Scotland. This is the only Amazon seller that has ever refused to deliver here including for the same items. I am comforted by the fact that Amazon will ensure I get my money back as looking at feedback from others this is clearly an untrustworthy company.

I BOUGHT BITUMINOUS SOLVENT BASED ROOFING SEAL PAINT 25 LITRE TIN, WHEN I OPENED THE STINKING BOX I FOUND THE 25L TIN WAS BURST OPEN WITH A TOXIC MESS INSIDE, IT HAD JUST STARTED TO LEAK THROUGH THE BOX ONTO MY FLOOR BUT NOT SOON ENOUGH TO STOP THE DAMAGE, THIS IS A HUGE HEAVY TIN AND THEY REMOVED THE HANDLE???

THE DELIVERY BOX WAS JUST 2 FOOD BOXES FROM A SUPERMARKET MADE TO MAKE 1 LARGE BOX AND IT WAS FAR FAR TOO THIN WEAK, NOT SUITABLE FOR A HUGE 25 PLUS KG DRUM OF PAINT AND NOT REMOTELY A SPECIALIST BOX LIKE A TRUE PROFESSIONAL SELLER WOULD HAVE USED!! ,

FOR SUCH A HEAVY VULNERABLE ITEM IT ABSOLUTELY HAD NO PROTECTION / BUBBLE WRAP, NOTHING PLUS IT WAS 25+KG & NO HANDLES FOR THE SHIPPER WITH SUCH A SOFT OUTER NO WAY OF CARRYING IT WAS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN, THE BOX WAS LIKELY DROPPED DUE TO IT HAVING NO HANDLES BURSTING A HOLE IN THE TIN & LID,

I SENT PICTURES TO SELLER WHO HAS NOW BASICALLY IGNORED ALL CONTACT, I ONLY GOT A RESPONSE BUT NO HELP OR ACTION WHEN I MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH AMAZON, AND THE REPLY CAME VIA AMAZON, I WILL BE OPENING A A-Z AMAZON CLAIM,

THE SELLER HAS DUMPED THIS MESS ON ME REFUSES TO ORGANISE A RETURN A COLLECTION REPLACEMENT OR A UNDAMAGED TIN FOR RETURN AS THE PAINT IS AIR ACTIVATED AND IS SPOILT.

I MIGHT ADD WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE SHIPPER DHL THE SELLER HAD COMPLETELY FAILED TO INFORM THE SHIPPER THAT IT WAS HIGHLY A TOXIC HIGHLY FLAMMABLE PAINT WITH NO SAFETY LABELS ON BOX WARNING OF IT WHICH BREACHES THE UK LAW AND REGULATIONS SURROUNDING THE TRANSPORT OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS AND THEY (DHL) TELL ME IT IS NOT INSURED DUE TO THIS REASON.
THEY WERE SHOCKED WHEN I TOLD THEM.

I had a bad experience when I ordered a light up magnetic charger that didn’t work highly upset I just want a refund

After having a parcel delivered by their delivery company in an insecure place, I tried numerous times to contact them. Even the customer services from Amazon contacted them on my behalf without any response. Eventually I was refunded by Amazon after a lot of running around in circles and waiting for replies. Very poor service indeed.

Ordered an item via Amazon which arrived today. It was the wrong paint- my fault not Platinum Supplies. Via their website tried to telephone them - number not recognised. Sent an email via their website- immediately returned as unavailable. 'For a refund notify us within fourteen days' - how?. Did consider a personal visit to sort it, but 531 High Rd, Leyton, is a single door between two shops, so not much chance there. Free returns on their website is incorrect, read the small print, it has to be sent by recorded delivery once a return has been agreed, and no refund for the postage.Never mind, my fault, mind over matter, they don't mind, and I don't matter, they have my money. Complaint being made to Amazon. I do not hold my breath.

I purchased some 600 degree wood burner stove paint. After the first light the paint bubbled and after the second light it flaked off.
Contacted them and they have ignored me.
Totally unprofessional charlatans.

Agree with everything that has been written. Ordered LED charging cable plus one free then shipping charges charged at end but could not cancel. Then monthly subscription charged without knowledge. After 6 weeks still no cables!!! Not easy to get money back.

This company is just a bunch of lying thieves.

I replied to an ad which appeared during a game to buy a set of peelers for $4.95. They offered me a free set, which I accepted. I entered the delivery address and payment details. Only at this stage did they inform me that they were going to take $29.90 which was for two sets of peelers and shipping. There was no confirmation button - it was already done. I emailed immediately to cancel but was told it was too late and it couldn’t be cancelled. Now I have to start a long battle to get my money back. Do not touch this company, they are cheats and con artists. I am astounded that they are allowed to operate. I am now worried that they will take more money as they have for other reviewers here. It’s disgusting

Charge your card monthly for a membership you didn't set up

This is a bloody scam. The product they said 4.99$ and has charged me 40$. Also not once 4 times and then 29$ every month. Why are these people doing this kind of things. People ar dying to earn money. I curse them.

Do not touch this company with a bargepole! They are shocking and simply don't care. I have been waiting 9 days (and counting) for bathroom building supplies while my builders wait on site for it. They can't start the bathroom without it and it has now cost me a fortune in wasted labour costs. In the meantime this company won't even respond to emails, let alone take any responsibility to try and attempt to resolve the situation. Avoid at all costs!

I ordered 2 magic peeler sets on sale for $19.95 ea + 1 free.
I was billed for the 2 sets totalling $39.90. So to my reckoning i was going to receive 4 peelers.
Received only 2 sets a month later.
Contacted them immediately. They responded quickly, no issue there, but they are insisting i only ordered 1 set & got 1 free. So why was i charged for 2 sets? I cannot make them understand. They are not honouring the sale price. Will not acknowledge the sale price. They keep stating the RRP is $39.90 & i got 2 for that price.
They will not acknowledge the sale price or the fact i ordered 2 sets @ the sale price. They also billed me for a membership a month later telling me i signed up for it. What nonsense! They have said they've refunded, and cancelled the membership. I keep checking for the refund but haven't seen it yet. They also will not allow refunds or returns so be aware, as i have requested to return the items for a refund but was declined.
I would not use this company again.
