Purchased an item worth A$14 on 26/05/2020 and have not received it to date. Asked for refund but refused straight away. Few days back noticed around A$50 taken off my account without my consent. Contacted them and was told I have purchased a membership which I never did. I have disputed both my original purchase and this new charge as a fraudulent transaction.

I ordered a tin of varnish from Amazon they sent it to me very badly packaged so much so the lid had come off in transit & no product left in the tin. I got in touch sent pictures of proof 3months later I’m still waiting for any kind of corespondent or a refund absolutely shocking service DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Same as posters Lynn and Philomena, recurring subscription was established without my knowledge or sayso, no response to emails, left in the hands of credit card for chargeback, something peculiar about this company, address has changed on their website from Surrey to Wiltshire.....

Purchased a reasonably priced item (uk) through Facebook. A month later noticed money 3 times the amount I'd bought for, go out of my account. Emailed several times. They replied saying in order to purchase from them I had had to have signed up to their membership. I did no such thing! Emailed back asking for my money back which has been taken fraudulently. They replied offering me a further 50% off next monthly membership. I again asked for my money back and told them I wanted evidence of their claims? Also said cancel any details they have on me.phoned my bank and have registered it as a fraud and cancelled my card. But be careful they could morph into another company to claim again off your details. Advise anyone to cancel their bank card. They go under name of Plantinum savings or topnotchselect.com to scam me. And deal is US dollars to.

Disgrace, do not purchase anything from this website scam. Removed money from my card on day of ordering and one month later took three times the amount of my original purchase ,on contacting them they said I had signed up to subscription which I definitely did not. Afraid my money is gone. Lesson learned. Beware still never received my order two months later.

One star too many! Sent wrong product, I've emailed twice, no reply. Very frustrating, thankfully it was only a few pounds but not the point. Remove them Amazon from your website!

Do not buy from them , purchased patio cleaner from them on amazon , 2 weeks ago still not arrived said been sent with Royal Mail, who have no record of it, phone numbers do not work emailed several times no reply, shop elsewhere !!!!!!

What a terrible company. I never come across such bad service. Do not touch them.
They sent me varnish packaged so poorly that it dented and leaked everywhere. Their customer service is amateur and they still have t refunded me the £13.14 to send it back. Please do not buy from here. They are a complete shambles.lets see if they respond to this. I’ve not even warmed up yet!

Do not buy from these rip of merchants. They will not deliver the goods or refund any money, saying they were dispatched with the couriers but the couriers have no records of delivery. Purchased via Ebay and they seem to protect the supplier rather than the customer.
Purchase was on 5th Nov and is now the 19th Dec.

rip off merchants ordered building foam and they sent all out of date !
they completely ignore you and I have sent numerous emails via Ebay
crooks do not send them money
I will sue them for a refund they will not get away with this.

Keep well away from this company if you want to see the goods you have purchased from them, but don't hold your breath you will be lucky if it arrives, they are the most unreliable company I have ever come across, KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THEM., Platinum supplies.

I purchased 24 750ml cans of fire foam on Ebay from Platinum supplies who listed the items as fast and free postage with Parcelforce 48 which meant that I would receive them on 22nd May. The company actually sent them via different couriers (MailUK) and they have still not been delivered and it is now the 26th May. They do not answer my messages and they do not answer the phone. I have had to cancel my builder and have no idea if and when my items costing £144.00 will arrive so that I can rearrange a date for my builder to install the foam. I will never deal with this company again because their customer service is non existent. I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to give them a rating to post this review.

Do Not trust this company they will not deliver your order but will gladly take your money.Also contact number never works
