Be very careful when dealing with this company. Had a problem with them so did some digging. They represent a number of keto brands, that is they handle customer support for them. Typically you will see the ad via facebook.

How to spot? May have a UK address, Cypriot address, USA address and a local tel no. That dosent mean they are based in that country. Typically the items are shipped from the USA, an issue when it comes to returns. Many of the sites have a chat box " "Need support, were here to help" in the same place, bottom right. The contact will be with Platinum Support in the USA rather than a contact in the UK, for example.

Two types of fraud/questionable business practices:

-Customer orders £38 and gets charged £198( amounts will vary on currency). Tricked into ordering 5 bottles rather than 1
-Didn’t realise signed up to subscription offer, so get ongoing payments taken later.

Do contact your bank and cancel payment from these companies otherwise you may be charged a 2nd time.
Check exact wording on the statement and call your bank/cc company. And ask them why they continue to accept payments from companies with high complaint rates!

They are based in Pleasant Grove, Utah aso make complaints to the Utah Dept Of Commerce.
In the UK also contact Action Fraud and Citizens advice.

And complain to facebook. Look for a link on the ad to complain. After the event more difficult, a weakness of facebook.

Tried to order one of their products online using my debit card and my bank declined payment. When I called to find out why, the bank told me that this company was on their "Fraud Alert" list and declined payment for my protection. 'nough said.

This is a total Scam. How are they even allowed to operate. I signed up for a once off trial and they had me on a monthly subscription. A total disgrace, stay away at all costs.

I called within 5 minutes they said they couldn't stop the shipment.
I received the tablets, sent them back as per their instruction for a refund.
Never got a refund!
They say my account is closed, and can't refund.
The company is so bad, my credit card got hacked, from using their site!
Do not buy anything from this company.

Be careful people ! when you finalised your order and pay with your credit card the sum announced. few weeks later it appear on your bank account they charge you double price !!!! and it's impossible to contact them by phone number they gave it to you ! and I wonder if their KETO are the same one I saw on ANGELINA JOLIE MARKETING product ... ! Now I try to ask for refund...

platinum-support.com appears to be a scam. They sent me an email purportedly from my son. I clicked into the link and found it was an offer for a product Purefit Keto offering 3 different price options. There was not set price when you click thru to pay by credit card. It appeared to be a secure site. They took out 3 times the value of the offer made to me. The order email send is unprofessional, the phone number does not pick up and no response to emails.
Beware this could be a scam site to extort money from credit cards.

Just finished giving CLA Safflower Oil my thanks for their product...I have tried other products that say how great their stuff is, well thumbs down.
