Paul at Bromley Boilers is 100% committed to excellent, knowledgeable and skilled service. His work ethic is beyond expectations. Prices are really keen and I'd happily have paid twice the amount for the work that had to be done to replace my combi boiler - turned out not to be a simple task but he honored the estimate. Paul worked non stop for 6 hours to do the job to his high standards.
He is flexible (having to reschedule when a gas leak was found) so you too need to be flexible in return. He won't fail you.

Fake SCAM advert - Google says it's OK

Reported an advert which came up, which has been all over the TV with fraudulent claims and scamming 10s of thousands out of money yet Google replied

"We decided not to take this ad down. We found that the ad doesn’t go against Google’s policies, which prohibit certain content and practices that we believe to be harmful to users and the overall online"

So scamming usrrs out of money isnt against Google practices and policy? WOW!
Talk about profiting from adverts whether legit or fake and screwing over the user!

NTB kayak Ripple

NTB kayak Ripple just had my first trip out at Saltdean beach very windy coming from of the land and for my fist go on my new NTB ripple i was very pleased with its performance and comfortable .
I felt very safe even though it was a little bit choppy but the kayak was very stable and i had a pleasant morning but no fish what a surprise .
Thank you NTB for another great product you never let me down cheers .

Air India – the worst Business Class flying out of Melbourne
My wife and I recently flew Air India Business Class from Melbourne to Heathrow and return. Unfortunately, it was the poorest international travel experience we have ever had.
Before we even departed, our itinerary was changed five times, creating unnecessary stress. While travelling, it changed another two times, leaving us with little confidence in the airline’s reliability
The original itinerary, one stop itinerary had a travel time of 25 hours outbound and a similar time for the return. After the many changes the actual itinerary resulted in a travel time of 33 hours outbound and 40 hours for the return (including 15 hours in Delhi).
The first outbound aircraft to Delhi was old and the Business Class cabin felt cramped. There was no separation in the seating from the passenger sitting next to me. As someone who is 6’2”, I found the seat very uncomfortable for such a long journey. The audio video was very basic, and the food was very poor with limited Western choice - well below the standard expected in Business Class. The cabin crew appeared largely disinterested in providing any quality service.
Our transit through Delhi was chaotic. After the layover now of 9 hours compared to the original 2 hours, the boarding process was disorganized and crowded, resembling a rugby scrum rather than an international Business Class experience.
The return journey was even more disappointing. At check-in we were again charged for our sporting equipment despite Air India having changed its policy to waive the fee if advance notice was given. Neither Air India nor our travel agent had advised us of this requirement to give advance notice that we had sporting equipment, making the charge of AUD240 seem both unfair and avoidable.
Again, the boarding process was disorganized and crowded, resembling a rugby scrum. The departure was over an hour late compounding the fact that our itinerary had again been changed from an originally scheduled 1 hour 50-minute connection in Delhi to a 15-hour layover. The seating in the second outbound aircraft was again very cramped and substandard.
The food on the return flight was even worse. The dry fish, stale bread, and frozen butter was so poor that it had to be sent back untouched. There was virtually no choice of Western-style meals. Although the return aircraft was newer, it was still cramped and uncomfortable for a passenger of my height.
For a Business Class product, Air India failed in almost every area that matters - reliability, communication, comfort, catering, customer service and ground operations.
After this experience, we would not fly Air India again and could not recommend the airline to anyone expecting the level of service normally associated with international Business Class travel

The Old Windmill Inn Swaffham

My son Booked a table at The Old Windmill Inn for my 77 year birthday. He and his family drove down from Liverpool to Swaffham. Norfolk. We arrived on time and were shown to our table very near the bar. We ordered drinks and looked through the menu. Ten minutes later the young waitress took our order. We were then informed there was a forty minute wait because there was a large booking. No problem there. We were chatting and enjoying ourselves had another order of drinks.

At eight pm our orders of food were served firstly my sons and grandsons order of steak etc. when the young lady returned with my order and my daughter in law my son asked which of the steaks was medium and which was medium rare she replied they were both the same! My son queried this by saying no that was not right he had ordered medium and medium rare the waitress disputed this and my son said ok. There was no point continuing with the conversation.

At this point I looked at my order and saw half the plate was full of lettuce, water cress and a bit of cucumber. The other half contained two pots of small prawns in sauce and coleslaw. The prawns were watery with no taste and the sauce was tasteless too. Coleslaw
Was non descriptive in taste. I mixed the three together in the hope it might taste better, it didn’t. Then I thought of the price they had charged for this meal £16.99 And could not see the justification of that price. I realised also I had not been given my gluten free bread so I queried where my bread was. She came back with a roll toasted in half on a small plate. It didn’t look appealing at the least no butter just dry.

In between this my daughter in law asked for red sauce for her cheeseburger she had ordered . That did not appear.

When the waitress came to clear the plates and asked whether everything as ok I told her that I thought my meal was disgustingly over priced and tasted awful. She said she would find out what she could do about the situation of my meal.

The manager appeared and asked what the problem was and I repeated what I had said to the waitress. Then my son joined the conversation saying that wasn’t the only problem because he had ordered the medium and medium rare steaks and got two mediums instead. The managed retorted that three people had heard our order being given and it was not what my son said. My son asked if he was saying he was a liar. My son pointed out that you should not speak in the fashion he was talking to us as customers! My son then picked up the plate with my roll on and showed the managed and asked whether he thought it was right to expect me to eat a dry roll. The manager then accused my son of putting the plate in his face. It was by his tummy ! The manager lost it completely telling us to leave, go. We were shocked at his reaction we hadn’t made a scene. He did. We didn’t threaten him in any way or raise our voices . We all were in shock unbelievable behaviour from a manager. Never ever had we received that kind of treatment before. Absolutely I
unforgivable.

Google is usually really good...until…

Google is usually really good...until they are not. Google services app is out if control. They grant themselves permission to everything on your phone. If you end some permissions the spastic noisy alerts don't stop until you submit to all their demands. It's too much. Imagine someone with a bullhorn outside your home yelling until you give them the combination to your safe and hours you will be home. Then tell me how Google services is different.

google movies/play movies sharing not working

I have bad experience with Google movies / play movies when it comes to movies with family sharing I bought this movie to share and however the Mario Galaxy movie would not be shared or would not show up. I have contact Google for a refund and they are refusing to be funded and also customer service is not helpful at all and this is the worst experience I had and also asked them how to enable family sharing when I already have family sharing on and they have refused to help or troubleshoot the problem is also making me feel. Why should I support this company if they are refusing but the worst part is they say cause you’re not do this yourself because they said they cannot help me with the issue and they are refusing to give the refund they said we are unable to refund this to you as we do not do refunds on digital movies

Title: Account recovery is a Catch-22 that support cannot escape
I lost access to my phone. To recover my Google account, Google requires verification through... my phone. To restore my phone, I need to log in to my Google account. Neither can happen without the other, and Google's recovery system has no path out of this loop.
I have spent hours on the phone with support representatives who either cannot understand the circular dependency or have no tools to break it. Each call ends with instructions to use the very recovery flow that fails because it demands the device I no longer have access to.
A company of Google's scale should have a human-verified identity recovery process for exactly this situation — government ID verification, security questions from account history, anything that doesn't assume the missing device is available. Instead, users are locked out of years of email, photos, and documents with no recourse.
Until Google fixes this, I would caution anyone against making a Google account the single point of failure for their digital life.

A completely irresponsible company with…

A completely irresponsible company with zero business integrity. Their algorithms are strictly and instantly enforced against regular users for the smallest policy violations, yet they completely ignore thousands of daily user reports regarding scam and fraudulent apps on the Google Play Store. Google profit off these platforms but completely fail to protect consumer financial safety. The only real solution is to withdraw all funds, cancel subscriptions, and switch to alternative stores that actually respect their users and thoroughly audit their apps.

Our food order was filled by Debra, a server at Saltgrass in Mesquite, Texas. She ensured that our food was prepared to perfection and delish. She always goes the extra mile for ALL customers.
Debra was respectful, kind, courteous, friendly and professional. She greeted us with a smile and double checked to be sure that everything was filled correctly. For that, we are grateful.

POOLE ALLOY WHEELS

POOLE ALLOY WHEELS of Creekmoor reconditioned my 14 year old Mercedes Alloys(x4) as they were in a pretty bad condition. The lead time was super fast (next day) and they had the vehicle for just 1/2 day. The finished product looks fantastic and the wheels now look brand new. They are a very courteous and professional team - and their prices are excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue?
I have noticed that a charge has been taken from my account by Google without my authorization. After reviewing all my subscriptions and payment history, I can confirm that I do not have any active services or subscriptions that would justify this charge.
When I contacted support, I did not receive a clear explanation, and my concern did not appear to be taken seriously.
I find it concerning that funds can be deducted without proper clarification or accountability.
Has anyone faced a similar situation, and if so, how did you resolve it?
