im in a small rock band so we’ve tried a bunch of playlist pitching stuff and honestly most of it just felt like sending emails that go nowhere lol. playlistsupply actually made it easier to reach out to the right people instead of outdated contacts, and we finally started getting some playlist adds after a bit. not huge numbers or anything but definitely better than what we were getting before, kinda wish we found it earlie

My niche is pretty weird

My niche is pretty weird, more on the psychedelic side, so I didn’t expect much going in. But PlaylistSupply actually helped me find curators that fit my sound instead of just sending my music into the void

Takes a bit of effort, but once you get into it, you start seeing real connections and actual placements.

This is just the start, more campaigns on the way.

I came here from a Youtube video on indie artist marketing strategy. This platform is one of the few that offers a option to reach out to Youtube playlists.

Many artists in my area don't use Spotify for music so this was a brilliant feature for me. Team is quick to reply. I had a really good call for onboarding and had to come leave a positive review, thank you!

AVOID at all costs

AVOID at all costs. Not only do they not provide real results "bots everywhere!", they continue to take money from your account after you have ended the "subscription" that I didnt sign up for.

Did a demo call

Did a demo call, had advice exactly for my music, already started outreach and got replies. The fact you can search anything and export is crazy valuable. I tried boost collective and playlistpush before this one and this is a whole different angle. Also searching Youtube Playlists is something no other service offers. I think some people here confuse it with playlistpush because this tool is a whole other level. 4 Star at least.

Used this to make a massive spreadsheet of playlists. Methodically did outreach, made sure to target similar artists (as they suggest in onboardin) and have seen progress. Use it like a tool, nobody will do it for you

Deceptive Subscription Policy

(Playlist Supply flagged my previous review, even though all the points I mentioned were factual. I also have email conversations to substantiate everything I stated.)

As a California resident, I signed up for a one-month subscription—but was charged for multiple renewals without any renewal reminder or easy online cancellation, which violates California’s Auto-Renewal Law (BPC §17600–17606) and federal FTC/ROSCA guidelines.

Their official Terms & Conditions explicitly stated cancellation is by email only—no online cancellation option provided, making it non-compliant with state law. They also fail to mention mandatory pre-billing notices.

They refused to issue a refund, citing their “no refunds” policy—but that policy holds no weight when their billing practices violate consumer protection laws. I’ve formally disputed the charges with my bank and will be escalating the matter to the California Attorney General and the FTC.

Do NOT use PlaylistSupply. Their subscription system is deceptive, traps users into recurring charges, and breaks consumer protection laws.

Hello Jason,

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Just to clarify, our subscriptions are monthly and automatically recurring, which is clearly stated during the signup process. This is standard for most subscription services. You can cancel at anytime directly from your account dashboard.

We absolutely do comply with California’s auto-renewal laws and FTC guidelines, including making cancellation accessible and recurring billing terms visible.

Our support team is also available 24/7 for any requests, and responded to your request with instructions on how to manage your subscription and offered further help if needed.

We're a super small team of music-lovers and industry professionals trying to build data tools that give indie artists real access to the kind of data that’s usually gatekept by big labels or management companies.

Our whole mission is to help indie artists spend less time on research and hitting walls in playlisting and more time doing what matters most, making great music!

Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

Best,
The PlaylistSupply Team

Saw a video about Playlist Supply and decided to give it a try for my bandmates. Was pleasantly surprised that they offered to call and help me. Did a quick call which was super nice to learn how to use the tool in that first week. Have been using it for a little over 6 weeks now with very decent results for the price. Take your time, reach out to as many of the Discovered On Playlists as possible. That seems to work best. Way cheaper for the results you get than Groover and honestly just a better support and t eam.

Disappointed by Lack of Transparency and Refund Policy

I’m really disappointed with how unclear your website is about canceling a subscription. I didn’t even realize I was still subscribed until I saw the charge on my bank account. When I reached out just a few days after it renewed to request a refund, I was told it wasn’t possible. A trustworthy service should make canceling straightforward through a dashboard, not hidden behind emails, and it definitely shouldn’t leave customers feeling stuck like this.

(To reply to Playlist Supply: What you stated is simply not true. The option to cancel a subscription is not visible on your website; it is only provided after contacting you directly by email. In addition, you did not address my other concern regarding the refusal to issue a refund, which makes it clear you know exactly what you’re doing.)

Actually shocked this isn’t talked…

Actually shocked this isn’t talked about more amongst artists and in music marketing. If you’re a artist without a manager and without a huge budget, trying to do playlist outreach without getting wasting hours or $ can be brutal! I learned about it from a reddit user on r/musicians who talked bout how this was a good move and had to try it myself. PlaylistSupply is forsure helpful if you have ever tried those submission platforms, this doesn't cost for every submission and makes doing it yourself crazy easy. Yeah you can dig through Spotify manually… if you wanna spend 5 hours doing what this tool does in 30 seconds. When you do it manually there is also no way to easily check if it's botted, how the playlist performed over time, etc. Having a health check and quality score built in PLUS locating Discovered On Playlists lowkey is genius and saves a ton of time.Even if you only use it for a few months, export results, and save that info for future, its easily worth every penny. Some of the submission platforms like push and hub you can blow thu 30 bucks EASY and get nowhere. At least with this tool you are getting unlimited access for the entire time your signed up. I wish I found it sooner.

Not amazing...

UI is pretty janky - as another person stated, it's super easy sign up yet there's no way to cancel your subscription on the website (there's no 'my account' page... clicking your username doesn't do anything). So gonna have to email them which is annoying and concerning.

I tried multiple times to search for playlists by genre, mood, etc using email, socials and the broad search engine and there are *very* few that come with contact information so just keep that in mind. I contacted as many as I could and haven't received any responses yet but I also think user-curated playlists are a dying trend anyway (*everything* is purely algorithmic-leaning now, much more complex than most realize and user-gen playlists can actually mess with your algo) - people are realizing superficial bumps in streams aren't useful and don't mean anything. There are so many playlists that exist with tons of followers that haven't been updated in years. Also not gonna pay extra for more organic searches... the two that I did that were included had no useful contact information even after looking through the curators profiles and other playlists incase they were elsewhere lol.

no way to cancel = they don't respect you

you can sign up in 5 seconds. Yet to cancel there's not way on the site. They force you to email them and then they spam you with deals and discounts until you force them to cancel your subscription.

They don't respect you

Couldn't access the cancel subscription page, contacted support, they said they'd look into it last month, got charged again 🤬. Today I finally cancelled the subscription (you need a link from ‘support to find the cancel option). They have a zero-refund policy. Total garbage service.

If you're a wannabe bedroom Soundcloud rapper, this is the site for you. Anyone else, avoid. Search Reddit for more stories about this site. They say the same thing.

Misleading and Harmful Service – Avoid at All Costsupply expecting a…

I purchased PlaylistSupply expecting a professional and safe tool to help grow my Spotify presence as advertised. They claim to provide a database of vetted, bot-free playlist curators, but the service was completely misleading and even harmful to my career.

The playlists in their database were clearly botted, inflating streams with fake accounts instead of real listeners. On top of that, many of the curators demanded direct payment for playlist placements, which is a payola scheme and a direct violation of Spotify’s policies. Using this service puts artists at serious risk of having their music removed or even losing their accounts entirely.

When I realized the service was fraudulent, I requested a refund within 48 hours of purchase. Despite their false advertising and clear misrepresentation, PlaylistSupply refused to honor my request. They take zero accountability for their harmful practices.

This service is a scam that jeopardizes artists’ careers rather than helping them grow. Don’t fall for their false claims. Look elsewhere for legitimate ways to promote your music.

Hello Philip,

Thank you for your feedback.

We want to clarify that PlaylistSupply is a real-time search engine and not a manually updated "database" of playlists. We index all Spotify playlists with publicly available contact information and provide features like PlaylistVet and Organic Search to help users assess a playlist's quality and track changes in analytics over time before reaching out to a curator.

We do not claim to provide a database of vetted playlists; we instead provide users with all the playlist data and analytics needed to assess a playlist's quality and determine if a playlist is the right fit for you.

Regarding your concern about pay-to-play, we do not condone such practices in any way. PlaylistSupply helps artists discover playlists that fit their music and connect with curators. How you reach out to curators—such as offering something in return, like a social media shoutout—greatly influences the response you’ll receive. If you reach out to a curator demanding placement without even sharing a story about yourself as an artist or a reason why they should add your music to their playlist, you might not get the response you are directly looking for.

Our team is always here to answer any questions you have or even hop on a call to share some more tips and assist you in using the platform effectively and to its fullest potential.

Thank you,
The PlaylistSupply Team

PlaylistSupply has been a real game-changer for me as an artist manager. Before, I’d spend hours searching for playlists and vetting curators, but now it’s all streamlined into one platform. Everything I need is right there—playlist quality checks, curator details, and more. It’s made running campaigns for my artists way easier, and I’ve seen great results so far. What really impressed me was their support team; they responded to my inquiries super fast and even set up a personal strategy call, which helped me fine-tune my approach. I’m taking a break for now but will definitely return!

Managing artists means a lot of…

Managing artists means a lot of research time, especially for playlists, but PlaylistSupply changed the game for me. It’s super functional, and everything is centralized—no need to jump between different platforms to check playlist quality or find curators. I’ve paused my subscription temporarily, but I’ll be back soon. Customer service was fantastic. They got back to my email quickly, and I even had a personal strategy call within a couple of days. I’ve tried other services, but PlaylistSupply remains the most user-friendly and efficient one I’ve used.

Saves a lot of time playlisting

I used to research for playlists manually but this ended up saving me a massive amount of time. I manage a couple artists in my country, happy to say that the software has helped for each of their campaigns. I paused my subscription for now and will be back when I need it.
