I feel like I have been ripped off. We ordered services on Wednesday morning online because we were out of town. We arrived home from our trip to find that we did not get the service we paid for. It still is not done. Our only working vehicle is stuck in the driveway. Now I have to pay an Uber to take me to work tomorrow and we were not able to be reunited with our beloved dogs from the kennel because we have no way to get there.

A service is offered from Plowz and Mowz called “ASAP”, the service shows up within two hours for unexpected snow, and you should move your vehicle immediately THEN there’s a NO SHOW THEY have nobody to send Isn’t that nice! thanks for nothing

The concept is great. On Demand? Would be better if they actually paid their contractors, on demand! With today's technological advancements there is no good excuse for an 8-week delay in payments for completed work. There is NO EXCUSE for not paying contractors...unless of course it's a scheme. SEND CERTIFIED CHECKS if you are unable to transfer funds electronically.

They don't pay for the jobs on time.
I have proofs, more than 3 weeks and they keep putting excuses.
I will report them to the state.

Providers and customers beware! Customers pay upfront for services. Service gets completed by providers. But then Plowz & Mowz are not paying their providers. Currently owes us for a months worth of work for 4 different locations. Hire local!

Don't do services for this company, they are not paying providers after services are completed. They are currently over a month behind on paying for services that have already been completed.

I have had nothing but problems. They never arrive when specified and their customer service is all bots.

over 3 services and I have had to follow up to see if they are coming to do the work

Very bad company.I take her all the yards in the state of minnesota and their owning me more than $3,000 and bring fake excuses.

Can no longer recommend them. When they show up they’re good but when they don’t it’s after lying to you every time you check and not admitting until the hottest part of the afternoon that they’re not coming after making you wait all day.

At first they claimed there was no parking which was literally impossible because we’d moved our car out of the driveway and the entire thing was available- as well as tons of open spots across the street and in front of my right side neighbor. My left side neighbor was using the spots by their house but they were by their house and again, our driveway was available.

They gaslit me and kept doubling down on the parking lie, claiming there were tons of Memorial Day parties (which makes no sense because people have Memorial Day parties on Memorial Day) and tried to force me to reschedule for tomorrow even though it’s supposed to pour rain the next two days.

I checked in with these people the day before, morning of and throughout the day to make sure the appointment was set and their bot kept assuring me it was until suddenly, after being unable to confirm an ETA they came out swinging with the parking lie.

Throughout everything they didn’t initiate a single call or message. No, “sorry we’re running late” or “is there any parking we can use?” The best I can gather, they overbooked their day and used any flimsy excuse to bump appointments and blame the customers.

I wasted all morning and half the afternoon waiting for them, making sure the yard was clear of any debris or dog droppings, trying to be a good client, only to find out in the hottest part of the day that I could either mow my own lawn or wait until probably Wednesday to have the service I paid for last week completed. I’m halfway through the mow and have to take a break to prevent passing out in the heat with my reel mower. If they had just told me the truth last night or all day, I would have mowed before it got so hot.

I got a milquetoast apology, told there’s “no way to know” about the parking even though I had pictures and told my refund would take 3-5 business days.

Including photos of the “no parking” and an action shot of my fun Sunday afternoon.

You're much better off going directly through someone local. Plowz & Mowz is a big faceless middleman just skimming a percentage off of the people actually doing the work. If you want an ETA or have any questions/adjustments to the order, you have to go through tons of hoops, unhelpful virtual AI chatbots, submit all your info multiple times, and even then they won't put you in touch with the people actually doing the work. Definitely won't be using Plowz & Mowz again.

On top of that, the contractors didn't do a good job. They just left without finishing and now I have no way of contacting them.

Just paid a company to weed and apply fresh mulch. Used this service for a single lawn mow because mower needs repairs.

The amateur they sent out blew the grass clippings directly into my freshly mulched beds, on all sides of the house.

Will never use or recommend this service again.

If your grass is long they charge you more but barely cut it. Went out 48 hours after their “service” was performed and the grass was still so long I couldn’t mulch it and had to rake. Just trying to trick people into recurring service that they get an up charge for.

We hired this company to do spring cleaning on our property in Spokane. They quoted almost $600 and took payment up front. The guy they sent rescheduled twice. Was supposed to start the job at 9am and didn't show until 12pm. He brought a partner. They worked 2 hours the first day and left saying they'd be back the following morning at 9am. We were packing for a trip out of state when they showed up at 11am. They worked 4 hrs. During that time we had UPS deliver packages. No more then 5 minutes later my security camera caught the partner walk up on my front porch scoping out packages not realizing we had a Ring camera and security system loudly announcing someone was on the front porch. This alerted my security company and our cell phones. They then texted saying they were finished for the day after 4 hrs and they would be back the following day at 9am to finish. They never came back. Instead I got a text from Plowz and Mowz stating the guy wanted more money to finish the job. They quoted $600 to finish the job so we refused to pay more and canceled the service. Since they have a service guarantee they refunded our money. However, Draco and his partner left pineneedles piled all over my flower beds and covering sprinker systems. If it wasn't for my very loud security system and Ring camera Draco's partner would have most certainly stolen our packages. We had several other companies quote us the same price and I've had to hire one of them. This was literally our first time every using Plowz and Mowz and we will never use them again. I highly recommend that you do your research on them and beware of Draco and his partner. I'm still shocked about his partner walking up on my front porch and very grateful I have a good security company installed. He would have stolen my grandson's medical supplies that my housesitter was on the way over to move inside. Do NOT trust this company. It's been a nightmare.

Besides a little communication issue I was thankful and happy with their service...

I trusted this company to complete the plowing of our driveway. Our wonderful neighbor had to complete the job which should have been done by the vendor assigned to do the job. I was originally charged $120.00, and they "discounted" me $20.00; not anywhere near enough to satisfy me. I requested a 40 percent refund. The vendor took 20 minutes maximum time to do the work. The entire length of the south portion of our driveway was left untouched. We have a two car garage; the car parked on the south end of the garage would not be able to exit down the driveway for that side. At $120.00, he made at least $100.00 an hour; a overcharge to be sure based on the lack of completion of the job. I WILL NOT be using this company for any future services going forward. I just happened to check my bank balance and noticed that NO $20.00 discount was provided as of yet. It is now 11:56 PM CST, and I had communicated my great dissatisfaction with their company over 10 hours ago! They promised to deliver a $20.00 discount at that time. They have yet to deliver on that promise! STAY AWAY FROM PLOWZ & MOWZ!

Today was the last straw. I will never use this company again. Hired them in past years and went ok as far as I know, since I'm a landlord not living at the properties relying on app photos and tenant's word. This year, however, I hired them to mow one of my vacant properties every 2 weeks. They mowed once a month at best. Job was constantly canceled and rebooked and lawn was shabby for much of the year. Neighbors complained about poor mowing standard. I didn't have time to source a new mower for the year, so kept them until late Aug.

I then hired them for a one off mow at a different residence where I was present and in attendance. The man who came out was here for only 20 minutes (.56 acre yard that usually takes over 40 mins to mow @ $91 charge for .5 to .75 acres). He mowed half of the lawn only and left half completely untouched. He also missed a section of lawn I specifically requested he doesn't overlook in the app notes.

Called to see about a partial refund, since I would need to correct the job myself. They said no refunds are allowed and claim they will have him return to complete the job.

Very dissatisfied. So much so, I took time to write a review. Will be shopping for a new service.

Attempted to contact multiple times - was reassured a quote was forthcoming so waited for service, with a no answer again. Poor communication and wasted time waiting for an unprofessional no response. Totally unreliable.

Booked with them and the service no called no showed on day of service. Called 3 times day of and got a bunch of excuses: they were not in contact with them and would text me updates, never did. The next day, they did not automatically reschedule my service.

Grass cutter was a no-show. But I had to reach out to Plowz and Mowz to ask where they were. That’s how I found out their equipment broke and they were not coming. But they were “very apologetic.” They could’ve let someone know! They offered the job to another grass cutter but I’d have to wait 2 more days. I asked to cancel the $86 job and they told me I’d be charged $10 fee. What?? Terrible service
