Did not mow on requested date and did not communicate but took my money! Will not ever use this app again and I still have to find someone to mow

Scheduled a yard cleanup and lawn mow for the end of May. Instead they came almost two weeks earlier and proceeded to mow during No Mow May while also completely skipping the yard cleanup they were supposed to do first. After they checked the job they realized they came the wrong date but the yard was already partially done by the time I was able to stop them & all I received from the contractors was a half ass apology. For over $400 the service was atrocious & I had to fight for a refund.

Plowz and Mowz is a great company that offers a lot of different services with upfront pricing. I have used them in the past and continue to use them with confidence if I order a job done it gets done and done right. I recently used them for pet waste pick up for 2 dogs after a long winter and the grand total was only 65 dollars. He hauled 4 large black contractor bags of dog waste to his truck. The guy was out there making sure he found all of it. If you want quality work at affordable fair prices I recommend them.

Way too expensive! Almost $300 to have sticks, leaves, dog waste pick up, a mow and some edging. They mowed over the dog waste didn't pick it up. Looking closely at the lawn you can see patches longer than the rest. There are a couple landscaping pavers in our front yard. Didn't move them just didn't mow in that area.
Ridiculously over priced, never again.

Absolutely terrible every time. They take hours to get to you even for an ASAP request. They missed a whole section of my driveway, tore up my lawn and left inches of snow. When I contacted customer support I got a glorified “oh well not our problem”
I’ve had many issues with this company. They’re overpriced, don’t care about customer satisfaction or property damage. I would rather use a spoon to dig myself out of feet of snow than use them again.

Excellent quick on demand response. Good communication throughout the process. My service person was polite, professional and did a great job in lawn / tree branch clean up. Would use this service again.

Placed an order for one time dog waste removal. Set an appointment, no one showed. Called again a few days later, was told the service had been re-assigned. Again, no one showed up, and no call. Very disappointed in the service.

Used in the past multiple times, got a text that the driver stated my driveway was longer than expected would I approve the new fee at 6.30 pm. Texted yes within two minutes, they left stated they would be back....not completed. Next morning stated multiple times that they had to release driver. Finally canceled 4 reassigned.

Company is trash. Never comes through with a plow.

This fall, I hired this company for leaf removal. For important context, my front, side and back lawns are professionally landscaped with a focus on native plants. While the leaf removal was scheduled for Sunday, the crew did not show up until Monday morning. There was little to no communication about the delay.
The crew arrived Monday a little after 9am. A little while later I went outside to discover the crew had taken a weed wacker to more than 35 of my native grasses along with about 10 still flowering late blooming yarrow and some annual Verbana that had not yet gone to seed. I told the crew to stop and asked why they were doing what they were doing. They said I had ordered this service. I said I ordered "Yard Cleanup" which is described as removing leaves and smaller sticks and twigs. After some not great back and forth (including the crew saying, "we've been here for almost 30 minutes why didn't you come stop us before"), they cleaned up the mess they made (but not the damage) and removed the leaves.
As soon as the crew left, I called the Plowz & Mowz help line. The person on the phone was very sympathetic and said "they should not have been cutting anything." I sent them follow up pictures of the damage and they promised to get back to me shortly. A couple of hours later, they called me back and offered $50 off my next service. FYI, this service cost me $467. I was stunned and said that's totally unacceptable. They asked for more pictures which I sent and they said management would get back to me by noon the next day. I also sent a text saying at a minimum I expect a full refund. Someone who I expect is in management named "Billy" texted me a little before noon the next day saying they needed more time to investigate but would get back to me shortly. I have heard nothing more from them. I texted them earlier this afternoon letting them know if I didn't hear back, I would be escalating to Better Business Bureau and social media.

Shockingly bad. Got charged for service that was not performed. In the 'completed job' photos, they had pictures of a yard that wasn't mine, nor my neighbors. Called multiple times to have Plowz & Mowz refund or complete the job. All they were able to do was to cancel the already completed job. It was like talking to people from Mars.

Always happy with the ease using Plowz&Mowz is for my rentals. Easy on/easy off between tenants and they respond quickly and send out good workers who do things right!

I requested a custom quote for a cleanup job on a small home front and backyard that included a haul-away of anything that did not belong in a yard. It also stated that bushes were roof high and needed to be trimmed back to an appropriate height with many overgrown vines than needed removal. The reservation for the work was made weeks in advance. I was never contacted (I thought since it was a custom job someone would reach out, but was not really concerned since they accepted the job). I met them the day of the job and they looked around and indicated that it was more work than was expected. I offered additional payment if it would take longer than they had originally thought. They went, I thought around the front, but when I followed they weren't there. Later I got a text saying that they had declined the job. The person that answered the phone could not get the "custom department" to call me because they are, and I quote, "an app-based company". They could not get anyone else out that day nor the next. I canceled with them and went with another more reliable company who came out, did a walk-through, and started the work that was needed. They cannot provide any real support. They have been unhelpful and left me in a very bad position as this was a time-critical job For all of these reasons I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The app is easy to use, excellent service and highly qualified contractors.

I like this gardening and landscaping service company; provide multiple services for the maintenance and beautification of gardens.

This looks nice, I hope snow comes soon so I test how good this service is!
