Catherine was great, there was some tough points, some points where we got impatient as first time buyers, but Catherine was a star through it all. Once she had everything she needed she moved super quick to get us into our new flat! Would recommend Catherine to everyone

Avoid!! Particularly the Altrincham Office.
If I could give this company 0/5 I would. From start to finish their communication and competency was appalling.
Basic errors were made with our case delaying the sale of our house and endangering our move despite the fact they had previously managed the purchase of the house and held all the records.
When we raised the issue and insisted the case manager was removed they became hostile and even less commutative refusing to return numerous telephone calls and emails and using tactics such as one ring telephone calls from blocked numbers to claim they had attempted to contact us.
They miscalculated the final settlement and asked for £5,500 on the day of completion or they wouldn’t process the sale. I could go on and on but will try to keep this shirt.
We have raised a formal complaint and twice received responses that include flat out lies to cover up there incompetence that are easily disproven by emails to hold. The second is hostile and aggressive, I suspect in an attempt to make us back off. We’ve escalated this the legal ombudsman as we have a stack of evidence to prove our point.
I can only assume from the positive reviews here they are either writing their own or financially incentivising customers to write them. Or perhaps the Altrincham office much worse than the rest of the business. Avoid!
