OK when the going's good
So I used PLS for my purchase in March 2023, I would say that in the initial process they were adequate to good, responsive but not overly efficient and it seemed to take a lot of pushing from me to get the purchase over the line. I would have left a 3 or 4 star review after that experience. However, I didn't know that they hadn't registered the property at the Land Registry. Fast forward to May 2026, and I as I came to sell the property it became apparent that I couldn't because it wasn't registered to my name. It still isn't after countless phone calls and emails over the last 3 1/2 months. The could not have been more dilatory and inefficient if they had tried. Proceed with caution, if it goes OK, they are OK, if it goes wrong they are hopeless.

Amazing! Would highly recommend
Couldn’t recommend pls solicitors enough. The communication was so quick where any questions were answered within 48 hours! The process was quick and they moved things along quick aswell.
The staff were so friendly & helpful with anything you need clarification on or just anything really to do with your purchase.
The portal makes it easy to see how far along on the process you are & to read any paperwork that’s been submitted.
Overall 10/10 would highly recommend!

I've used PLS Solicitors to purchase my very first home and they couldn't have been more helpful. The portal is so easy to use and Craig has been excellent. He was able answer any questions that I had, and usually the same day too. Craig has helped make the whole process extremely straightforward and for a first house purchase I had very little stress to deal with.
