Simple, easy to use and understand. (i) info buttons for additional information are useful and don't get in the way. The "sandbox" or "demo" version is a HUGE plus, in my opinion -- allowing new users to get a feel for things before diving in.

"I lost 40,000 AED on Plus500 in the last four months by strictly following their AI-driven market analysis. Their AI news repeatedly predicted that the price of Crude Oil would drop, so I placed 'Sell' orders based on that information. However, the market moved in the opposite direction every time, and I suffered a massive financial loss. My experience proves that their AI predictions can be highly misleading. To other traders: if their AI news signals a price drop, do not blindly trust it. I followed them and lost my hard-earned money."

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the market analysis provided on your platform.
It is observed that even when your analysis shows a high probability (e.g., 94%), the actual market movement often contradicts it entirely. If the analysis does not reflect the market reality even by a single percent, it raises a question: Why should we rely on these analytical tools at all?
If the provided analysis is consistently unreliable, users might as well trade based on their own intuition or random choice without depending on your platform's data.
I believe that for a platform of your stature, the analytical tools should provide more accuracy and value to the traders. I hope you will look into improving the quality and reliability of your market insights.
