It would be five stars, but the item arrived in two days rather than one. I called in the morning and asked if it would arrive the next day, and they said that I had to order before 3pm. I ordered way before then, and it still arrived in 2 days.

It's works, but I had to go into the office an extra day and at extra cost.

I purchased an intercom unit from this company a year ago, and it arrived faulty. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support via email, I received no response. Consequently, I had to purchase a replacement from another supplier. When I called today to seek a resolution, I was informed that the product had only a one-year warranty and that no further action could be taken. This experience has been highly unsatisfactory, and I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I was looking for some headsets for our office and wasn't sure which to go for. I used the online chat function and chatted with Luke, he was really helpful and explained the differences and made a suggestion. The headsets arrived really quickly and very pleased with them.
