First time in dealing with PMC Telecom, excellent service and products.

I needed a replacement handset for a Polycom VOIP phone - PMC had what I needed, in stock at a reasonable price. It arrived the next day - excellent service.

I sought a new telephone on-line, and liked some of your products, then I found a website that recommended the best 10 telephones, and decided to go for the one I bought.
i went back to see if you had it . It was not on your website, but when I put in its detail, youseemed to find one very quickly. I was impressed and bought it.

After viewing product on-line I rang with questions and was impressed by the knowledge of the person answering the phone. I didn't pay for express delivery but product arrived in 2 days.

PMC are are great company selling telecommunication products. I bought my BT cordless handset phone (BT4000) which came with a plantronics headset device to allow me to talk and use my hands for work at the same time, very convenient. Affordable product, shipment came quick as I ordered it it over the weekend and it arrived 2 days later. Simple phone setup, as everything was provided in the box, just had to plug my new phone into the landline socket and attach the plantronics ear/head device to a power socket then sync both together with easy instruction manual. Thankyou PMC Telecom, now I know where to get my quality affordable telecommunication products without the fuss of having to search everywhere online when everything is in one place on your website.

Products didn't match their description and customer service was really poor on the solutions and initiative to solve the problem.

Excellent service I ordered wrong item in error, rang up and explained, sent all relevant paperwork by email no problems at all. Very friendly and very efficient.

Bought for a 98 year old who needs a big phone that operates on a mobile sim card, while it does more than she will need it looks like it will provide what she want, programmed numbers that she can easily call and a big hand set.

Excellent company, I ordered a taxi courtesy phone from PMC TELECOM and they delivered exactly what I needed. I had initially made an error on my order (there are 3 taxi faceplate designs) and realizing this i rang them to amend my order, the guy on the phone sorted it straight away and I received the phone design I wanted. Genuine company 5 stars.
