PNY doea not honor their warranty witout original receipt, whereas competitors will allow you to RMA without receipt if the manufacture date is within the warranty date. PNY does work, until its broken and you are doomed. Tried contacting them to RMA RTX5070 with no success, who keeps receipts and boxes?

wow what a bad company i got a usb stick from a store and it worked for a while but one day while installing windows 10 from it it went funny so i had to get a new one because of this put into mind it was a new too and after a month it went funny also when i got a sd card from argos from this company it was slow and then after a few weeks it keeped bugging out so after all that i am not going for this company ever again stick to scam disk or go for somthing you know as pny should be named too stink card limt

What can I say about PNY flash drive? (32gb usb 2.0) It is the WORST product/flash drive i have EVER used. Don't purchase. I began to download highly sensitive files for storage on the card. Was able to download some files, then suddenly it went into 'write protection'. After hours spent trying to discover how to take the write protection off - I couldn't, trying multiple ways. I could not reformat nor extract the files/delete the files that it DID copy, so I had to destroy the flash drive. INCOMPREHENSIBLE product. Do yourself a favor - NEVER buy this flash drive! I will never buy another PNY product AGAIN!

I bought one of their Video cards from Amazon. It actually came from a third party seller. Because they weren't an Authorized reseller they refused to repair or replace under warranty. ( I bought it on Amazon) That is not good customer service. I am quite sure they can tell by the serial number I provided that this card is still under their 5 year warranty. It is jus a sneaky way to not have to stand behind your products when you know full well you should. Imagine you buying something new with 5 year warranty and it breaks in 6 months and you are told by that manufacturer that they wont fix it because you unknowingly bought it from a place that' s not authorized. I will not be buying any PNY products for my company moving forward . I will also make sure I leave a very bad review for PNY whenever I get a chance. I will search for any place that I can leave a PNY review online.

Bought a RTX 4060ti. Less than a year later if started crashing unless games are set at the lowest of settings. Went through all troubleshooting up to wiping the whole PC and the issue still remains and only happens when playing games. After taking numerous pictures of the card showing that it is flawless and all the labels on the card, PNY’s idea of customer service is to have me pay for shipping to send them the card so that they can test it. IF there mysterious testing can produce the same problem with the less than 1 year old card they will send another which may be a refurbished card to f they have any new ones within 4-6 weeks. In the meantime my gaming PC is dead in the water. Their warranty and customer service sucks as bad as their card does. Buy another brand. I will never purchase another anything from PNY as long as I live.

I have send a RMA and they send me back the card to a old address. I was not informed about the shipping process and didn't told me about the tracking number. The card was delivered to another person, I have lost my card and money to ship the card to the company. They need to review the sipping process and give more information to the costumer and confirm the right information. Someone will have fun with my 4080, 2000$ in the trash

DO NOT BUY A CARD FROM THEM, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. I ordered a card and didn't hear anything from them for a month. I called and emailed every customer support contact I could find. So I charge back the charge on my credit card. Then the card shows up at my door around 1-2 months later. Well then I get a call from PNY and they're unhappy I charged back, and I said "well did you get all my emails and calls" and they say "now that I'm looking at it here I do see all of your emails". ZERO responsibility for being terrible. This entire fiasco cost me more than the cost of the graphics card. PNY doesn't care and wants me to send the card back. Its unreal to me that a company like this is even still in business. How is it possible to accept payment and not send any sort of update email or answer my calls and emails for a month.

in the last few months 3 x PNY 32GB Micro SD cards have failed on me. They work for a short time them go corrupt and you have to format them again. I would not buy any more of them, despite the low cost. Buy cheap, buy twice ( or 4 times now in my case) as they say.

Zero stars - this company is a scam. Do not buy. They will not honor their manufacturer warranty and will not help you at all after spending hundreds of dollars on their faulty product.

I am very impressed with the PNY CS2241 4TB M.2 NVMe SSD that I purchased recently. It has an impressive build quality and looks great. However, what makes it stand out is its speed. If you're in the market for a dependable and exceptional SSD, I highly recommend it.

PNY RTX3070 graphics card fan became noisy at full speed. Contacted their customer support and requested replacement fan, said I'd pay and fit myself. Request denied. PNY insisted I send the card to France for warranty replacement. Sent card back, it was immediately refused warranty replacement because of 'oxidation on the cooling radiator'.

Well, I didn't spill any liquids on the card to cause the oxidation, and I don't get to chose the grade of aluminium PNY use on their cards. Everything else in my system is fine, but it's all my fault apparently. Asked if there was any possible way they could send me a replacement fan, perhaps another dead warranty returned 3070 could be sent to me and I'll swap the fans out myself, again, stressed I was willing to pay, not an issue. I was just told 'no' to everything until I gave up.

Truth be told, as soon as they refused the warranty swap I purchased a Gigabyte Aorus RTX3070 as I could tell PNY were going to do nothing but offer platitudes until I went away. That was really the best decision I could have made because weeks later they still haven't sent my card back to me.

In fairness, the Customer Support agent, Cecile was polite and helpful throughout, but ultimately that means nothing when they point blank refuse to do anything to help resolve an issue, and as many others PNY reviews will attest; appear to look for absolutely any excuse to refuse warranty replacement, at which point, they're done helping you.

This was my first PNY purchase, and my last.

long story short, i got a 4090 GPU and it was broken! they refused to RMA my GPU and so i sold it on ebay for $1000, they claimed they could not RMA my 4090 since it was purchased from thermal take and i had a 1 year warranty with them, well i sold it and the guy who bought it was able to RMA it without a problem.

The tech at PNY was too busy trying to school me on how to handle thermal take, mind you at this point thermal take and i have been going back and forth for 3 month, they stopped responding to my e-mails and calls, he was too busy schooling me he could have just taken care of the problem, these people are crooks!

Buy the nvme 2241 1tb ssd. And the speed was awfull.. the speed from their box are the maximal.. when ssd cool and not used.
The actuall nvme are without controller and write speed will be drop to only 40MB... So the nvme itself are gimmick and only selling their 5 year warrant.. if that can be claimed
Iam buying 1031 nvme also from pny. And act same.
So their product are same with different selling code.. baiting people to think they have cheaper and premium product while they are same characteristics.. all without controller
Just blacklist this manufacturer.. they cannot recover their company name.

Bought a 3070 XLR8 from PNY. After about 4 months the card has started to die. No overheating or anything, just green artifacts due to failing vRam. I called them about the warranty and it's the worst system I've ever dealt with. They make you pay to send the card to them, and wait an entire month for service. Meaning you have to pay more money, and you don't get to use your computer for a month. Their solution to me? "go buy a new card in the meantime." This company is a joke. If you want to run a business, you shouldn't make your customers pay for your mistakes. Do not buy from PNY

This company does not abide by the laws on manufacturing defects, PNY should be banned from selling in Europe as it does not want to take on the burden of fulfilling the 24-month legal warranty sanctioned by the European Community and liquidating customers in a very rude way through its RMA department in France with rude and arrogant staff.

I will try to take legal action to obtain justice, it is not possible that an SSD bought in 2021 after not even a year of life and little use is already to be thrown away and I am refused an RMA just because I received the device as a gift, companies can always rely on the serial number printed on the product to trace the date of production and offer assistance.

PNY flunked! Buy from more serious companies with better customer service policies!

SD card "lifetime" warranty requires receipt, original packaging, can be denied if they say it is too old, what a joke...

Their tech support is rude, and will fish for any reason to deny warranty support. Be prepared to answer repeated questions about your hardware, OS, and anything related to your PC multiple times. Be prepared to photograph your hardware from multiple angles. Already tried your hardware in 2 pcs? They're going to ask you to try it in a 3rd. In the past 10 years I've purchased 3 products, 2 ram stick and a video card, and all 3 have failed within warranty. The RAM at least I got replaced, the video card I gave up on.

You will not get a quick RMA. At best, you will email back and forth for a week and get your hardware returned a month or two later.

Their 500GB SSD failed in my laptop after less than a year of service and the replacement under warranty will take from three to four weeks to arrive.
Stay away from PNY!

I wouldn't give them any stars but you have to select at least 1. Tech support is non existent. Pressing "0" for help gets a hangup. 16GB DDR4 2666 RAM causes computer to constantly reboot.
