Terrible platform

Terrible platform, cooler after cooler after bad beat . Pokerstars why no stats on your platform? To favour the house bots with solvers? Thank goodness the uk will tax you double very soon, well deserved. Please spare me the usual “our rng is independently verified…”

The customer service is horrible 🙈indeed

The question keeps coming up about how many AI bots are implemented in these algorithms.

Very often, players show unnatural behavior, and I believe a considerable portion of them are fake.

You end up playing against in‑house PokerStars platform bots that know the outcome of the hands — at least that’s the impression that keeps growing stronger.

Of course, nothing beats a real live table tournament!
But as a leisure activity… well, then PokerStars is also an alternative.

They won’t give you back your money

Playing the game with friends is fun and easy to do. However trying to get your money back is impossible , first you will be charged €5 for every inactive month of gambling. When you try to get your money back,, you will be required to submit a photo id/ passport or drivers licence, proof of address, a recent bill , and social security number along with your bank details. Do you think it’s safe or necessary to give all that information to an online gambling site. My advice is to stay away from this company as they won’t give you back your money.
