New account, money frozen
Set up new account with pokerstars and deposited some money. They then froze the account pending me sending more verification documents. Ok. I submitted proof of address and ID. They claimed one was doctored (it wasn't!) and asked for more. I sent but got no response. I now can't login to recover my deposit, and the online chat agent can't help. Would strongly advise people to wait for checks before depositing for the first time.

If you want to lose all your money, go to PokerStars
PokerStars win/loss ratio is not very good at all. Their promotions are irrelevant and personally I will not give them a penny of my money ever again.
