Terrible delivery time. Ending up returning all the items I bought for my son as it hadn’t arrived after 5 weeks.

As discussed during our contact, the delivery was unfortunately delayed after an attempted delivery by Royal Mail was not completed, which caused further delays to the shipment. We understand this created a frustrating experience and we are very sorry for the inconvenience!

Issue with gift card and free shipping threshold
I noticed what seems like an issue with how gift cards are handled during checkout.
I had a 600 SEK gift card and added enough items to exceed the free shipping threshold before applying it. However, after redeeming the gift card, the order value was reduced by the gift card amount, making it appear that I no longer qualified for free shipping.
Since a gift card is a payment method rather than a discount, it seems like it shouldn't affect eligibility for free shipping.It feels like a bug in the checkout logic.

We’re so sorry to hear that the dungarees weren’t as expected! We completely understand how disappointing that must feel.
The poppers for easier changing are only included on our baby sizes, which are sold under our baby range, and unfortunately size 98 is outside of that category. The baby sizes and children sizes should no longer be sold under the same article number to minimise this kind of confusion, and we’re very sorry that this wasn’t clearer and that you’ve been left feeling disappointed.
That said, we do hope the dungarees will still be easy to use thanks to the buttons along the sides, but we completely understand if they’re not what you were looking for.
You’re of course welcome to return the item, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if there’s anything we can help you with! We’d be happy to guide you.
