Second hand jacked light staining and damage
Love the quality of the jacket. However I bought a second hand via the POP website. There was no details that the item had light staining and damage to one of the elbows. Unfortunately i did not notice until after I had written my child's name in the jacket so could not return.

Normally, when I go to the store, I'm always impressed. The staff are always welcoming. But there's one employee at the Malmö City store that makes me not want to go back again if she's the one serving me. I felt a sense of unwelcomingness, classism, and a lack of greeting when customers entered the store. She never offered any assistance, which other staff members usually do. I've had two bad experiences with this employee, and the most recent one was on July 24th. I don't want to go back to the store again if I have to deal with her. She didn't smile or greet me, and acted as if I wasn't fit to be there. There are many details, but basically, since I've been your customer, I've never encountered an employee who behaves like this.

Clothes selection and quality is great. Love the brand. Delivery service is very bad. Takes so much longer than any other European brand to deliver to Ireland. 2 weeks vs 2-3 days. Generally little or no delivery updates once in transit. Needs to majorly improve, have ordered elsewhere lots of time due to length of delivery and uncertainty.

Their customer service is honestly fantastic. And the quality of the clothes is wonderful. I easily pass the clothes from my older daughter to my younger daughter and they still look brand new.
