Really friendly, helpful and professional staff, who don't push products on you. They very much find the right product for you and keep in regular touch. I can't recommend policy store enough.

We were looking to update our insurance to better suit our family and current mortgage position so we contacted the policy store. We had a certain budget in mind and an idea of the cover we required which was explained to the staff member assigned to us. We are really happy with the comprehensive service provided to us and myself the wife and kids are all fully covered through our policies which have come in within our budget. We can fully recommend the policy store for your insurance requirements!

I have stuck with them for multiple years now. They are unbelievably efficient at what they do. As a rule I hate doing insurance related things, its normally a painful experience over the phone, but these make it easy. Friendly, efficient, fast, what more can you want!

All staff we dealt with were very helpful and communicated each step of the process clearly. During lockdown in clearly challenging circumstances they kept us abreast of any changes and adjusted time frames and answered any queries when needed. Very professional and personal service all round with good comms, that's as simple as it needs to be sometimes.

Policy Store have been for me the most helpful and the best place to go for Life Insurance over a period of many years now. After originally coming across them they were unable, as brokers, to provide me with life cover. No one else could offer it either (strange I thought as I had no life threatening condition but anyway....). So I had no option but just my wife take out cover against our mortgage. I gave up on me and simply forgot about it. A few years later, out the blue, Policy Store contacted me. I might add here that my details were with numerous other brokers but no one else contacted me. Policy Store had not given up but had kept up to date with developments in the life sector, had kept my details too, and now had found out I could now be covered. So I got us both, wife and me, finally properly covered for the purposes of the mortgage. So I’ve stayed with them ever since. Only the other week, they phoned up again, this time because they had found now I could have the same cover for around £5 cheaper, well I (in bold!) would never have have discovered that by myself EITHER. So it’s full marks and big thanks to Policy Store, certainly the girls I’ve personally dealt with, Sophia, Natalie and Heather.
