Natalie is just amazing, gone through perfectly, very well handled our concerns.

I have been customer for last 7yrs now and great customer service and cheaper than others.
I would recommend this organisation 100%.

Policy store have been more than a mortgage broker they have been there to support me through the ups and downs of buying and selling over a period of 11 months! Having managed to get me a mortgage offer in a matter of hours and various reapplications they have kept me in the loop and actively pushing things along. I am a contractor and they knew the best lenders to go with for my circumstances. Thanks Darcy and Heather you guys have been great :)

Nimesh and Heather are absolutely brilliant at what they do. Their customer service is absolutely some of the best I have been subject to. They are customer centred, understanding and very patient. I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all, I have now been using them for about 5 years. Heather and Nimesh do a Stirling job! And are an asset to the company.
