I love the 'VIPER' stuff- mid layers especially! The Lowa boots made in Slovakia are extremely light and comfortable- feel like I'm walking on grass- have exceptional grip on hard surface and well worth whatever price Polimil ask- I've not had boots like these in years and they were a lot heavier.
Speak to them with your needs and if they haven't got it- they will source it for you- BRILLIANT STAFF- BRILLIANT COMPANY and more importantly it's ALL 'QUALITY GEAR'

This should be a five star 🌟 review. However real time stock levels are an issue and not just with me. The guys communicated excellently when my size 11 was not available after purchase and I was happy with the 10.5.
Postage was a super quick 2 days and the Lowa Renegade Patrol boots the best price on the Internet. However I'm anxious to repurchase online again. Perhaps a good old fashion call will do during their very limited opening times.

Used Polimil a fair while back for something, can't remember what. I've been after a new pair of Lowa boots and trying to get any of the ones I wanted in my size has been impossible. On the off chance I checked Polimil and they had 1 pair of a model I liked in my size.

I phoned them Friday afternoon to check they were in stock prior to ordering. Very helpful on phone and went away to physically check the shelf, confirmed it was the last pair.

Ordered Friday afternoon, dispatched Monday and arrived Tuesday. All in all, a good experience

Purchased two viper polo shirts from these in size medium, only one arrived in size small.
I emailed them and also opened a dispute on paypal, they replied to my email.
"I am very sorry about this.
We only had one polo shirt in stock at the time of you placing your order. We sent one polo out to you whilst we awaited a stock replenishment delivery from our supplier, with the view to sending to second polo once it arrived in stock with us.
Having chased the status of the delivery from our supplier, they have informed us that the Titanium Polo shirts are all currently out of stock and have not provided us with an expected delivery date yet. I am very sorry about this.
I am unsure how or why you have received the incorrect sized polo shirt and I cannot apologise enough for this.
Please keep this polo shirt and either make use of or discard it as you see fit.
I would have offered to send you out two replacement polo shirts however, as mentioned both us and our supplier are sold out of the Titanium polo in Medium.
We do however, have the following in stock:
2 x Black Viper Polo Shirts (Medium)
Or
2 x Titanium Viper Polo Shirts (Large)
Would either of these alternative be suitable?
If not, I will of course arrange for a full refund for your order.

When I stress I should not be responsible for return postage of the wrong size item they get confrontational.

There's no need to be so confrontational in the face of our genuinely apologetic response. FULL refund means for both shirts ordered. We are not and have not disputed that you ordered two. The second shirt was specially ordered in for you as it was sold out. We accept that you should have been contacted regarding this delay and apologise for the human error. The relevant department have been spoken to. We are unable to send return labels, our policy is to have the postage receipt emailed to us then reimburse the cost."

All I want is my money back so I can buy from a good seller, if you want to deal with an outfit who treats you this way then buy from these but be warned the bad review are real experiences.
I have had to open a dispute on paypal to try get my refund.

Update:
I am still fighting for my money back through paypal, these i.d.i.o.t.s think they are going to rip me off but if paypal do not sort it I will be going through my card company.
They are rude and real con merchants

Range of products is excellent, prices are excellent but a lack of stock and complete absence of any pro-active communications if your order is out of stock leaves us somewhat disappointed. Buying seems to be hit-and-miss, so far half my orders have gone through perfectly, half I've had to chase for any updates weeks after payment made to be told "did we not tell you it was out of stock?"

Amazing company to deal with. Currently most business are delayed shipping due to Covid (Polimil have also say this when you order). Ordered a Gerber bladeless multi tool on Friday and with standard shipping as the price was easily the best I could find. I didn’t expect to receive it for around 7-10 days in honesty but it came the next day! A Saturday too. Very impressed with that. Certainly I’ll be using them again for future purchases and recommending to friends and family.

Dishonest Company tell you they have stock Which they don't and then tell you days later its out of stock and then you have to chase them for a refund and 10 days later i still have not had my refund. Do yourself a favour and stay well Clear of Polimil they are nothing but a bunch Liars just look at all the other bad reviews will tell you the same.

Had absolutely no problems ordering or returning/refunds.

Ordered a new "every day carry" bag for work as I'd been strung along by another online supplier for over a month.
Emailed the company to determine whether the item was available, they replied quickly and courteously with all the information I'd requested.
Having placed the order the item was delivered two days later by standard UK delivery.

I'm entirely happy with the item I've purchased.

Advice: Thoroughly investigate a product you're looking for before purchasing.

Absolutely disgusting. They advertise a product which is non is stock, but they will take your money, and e mail you about different product avalible, dosnt matter you pay extra for next day delivery, reported

excellent service at good prices, I was recently looking to purchase some Lowa Renegade boots, Polimil were at the time the cheapest I could find in my size. After reading a few reviews on here, I decided it would be best to check stock levels before actually ordering, I got through to a very nice lady called Amani (please excuse my spelling), she stated they were out of stock but rang their supplier and could have a pair within a few days but in a different colour which I proceeded to purchase.
There was a slight delay in them getting the goods, I contacted them and received replies very quickly. I did however start to get a bit twitchy as was going away for the weekend and really wanted the boots before I went, with this in mind Amani actually went out of her way to get them to me on a prioity express delivery service to ensure I got them in time... and in fairness, the colour I received suits me better than the colour on their site.
I can only commend the company on their customer service and prices, especially Amani who is an asset to the team..... However, as mentioned on other reviews, it is always worth ringing them before ordering to ensure stock is available.
