untrustworthy had problems with…

untrustworthy had problems with returning
tracking already stated parcel delivered but claimed never received
came up with lots of excuses asked for photo receipt for the returned parcel
isn't just the tracking umber good enough?
not sure if I could gt my refund
daylight robbery company in Singapore no different than scammers
I shall make a police report later.....

Love it

Love it. Shipping very fast by DSL (I ordered on 24 got items on 27) like faster than order in the US.. I don’t know what other people said, but I do love them. The quality of products is good.. I meant for the price.

Decal just falls off

Ordered a XL hoodie and XL shorts for my husband for Christmas. They arrived late, and are smaller than they say on the size chart. As soon as my husband trie don his new berzerk shorts, the decal starts PEELING OFF!!!! This companies quality is so poor, sorry for the language. Not worth what i spent. Shein has better quality than this somehow.

Bad attitude while we are asking her can give me a bigger size paper bag the sales girl is so rude to me just throw out my clothe on the table and and change to the bigger size paper bag ! If not mistaken her name is Nila. Please.. having a good attitude is basic to serve every customer !!

Scam purchase

I ordered these walking trainers on the 27th January 2021. I have still not received my order. I have constantly emailed the courier Shipping24hservice.vip but they cannot help. I tried to email the company via their email when they sent me the confirmation order. Guess what, email could not be delivered. This is a scam. Like another customer I will contact my visa card company.

Serial email spammers

I don't even recall signing up to their emails. I have unsubscribed from Pomelo Fashion SOOOO many times over 2 years and report them as spam, and they still end up in my inbox or spam folder. Absolute trash.

This company deserves NIL star ⭐️…

This company deserves NIL star ⭐️ rating. An absolute scammer! Don’t buy from WEST POMELO. Purchased items and paid for since 30th January 2021 and now July, never arrived. They said the items were sent back from customs and new tracking number will be sent. Just a promise. Don’t be victims of this Company.

DO NOR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This company leaves a lot to be desired. It has awful principles and very poor customer service!!

They won't offer you an exchange or a refund if the size is wrong or doesn't fit.

So save your money and your time and don't order from them.

I've never dealt with such an awful company!!

Never order in this website!

I hate this shop! I gave my address, it was correct. Also my contact number and then suddenly I'm informed that my order cannot be delivered and the package was on the way to Pomelo. According to the customer service of Pomelo, DHL was trying to contact me (no one!! was calling me). And that my address is inaccurate. But good thing is, they would refund me, but I asked, why not replace the item instead of refunding? it is not my fault that it was not delivered in the 1st place. They said they couldn't replace the item! And advised me to place another order, but I ordered during their birthday sale and the items were really cheap and now their price is higher again. And wth! they just gave me a 20% Off promo code. Ugh.. you guys won't know how I'm feeling right now, how I am so frustrated with this shop. I hate it really... I won't order here anymore. It gave me a trauma.

Never order from here

I ordered walking shoes from here over a month ago and despite numerous emails, the shoes have never arrived. When I requested a refund, I got an abrupt message saying they couldn't issue one. This is appalling and I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Thankfully I paid by credit card so I will raise a dispute with them.

An absolute nightmare company I ordered…

An absolute nightmare company I ordered trainer's to their sizing chart but when they eventually arrived they would not even fit my friend who is 1size smaller than me. I am trying to return them and get a full refund to be told they sent the correct items and to either wear them or give them to someone else.

This is the worst online service ever

This is the worst online service ever, not only in fashion, but it beat all other industries in terms of horrible service.

It is not even worth 1 star. It deserve negative scores, if allowed.

I placed order 3 times. 3 times got confirmation and all got cancelled. Now they are suggesting me to place the order 4th with higher price than the previous orders as the sales has ended. It is so shameless and ridiculous of them.

Stay away from Pomelo if you don't want to waste your time to no avail.

First time ordering and really disappointed. They cancelled my order without informing me.I found out because it never delivery so I tried to log in to my account,when I checked my order it stated cancelled. Hope I get my money back.

Poor customer service

I think they are only wasting money by hiring operators as they are of no help. Tried to place order online but technical hlitch with their web, they didn’t resolve at all despite being contacted multiple times.
And like the other reviewer said they cancel your order and ask you to place new order bit don’t give you the discounted price.
They should either improve their customer service for online ordering or just stop taking online orders.

Irresponsible solution for customer

Irresponsible solution for customer. Cancel order without giving notice or first contact with customer for a better solution and just give a compensation of 20% discount for next order which is just normal like without coupons. And I have contacted for my order because it takes too long and they said I have given wrong address. And I give them the correct one and they said they will reship, however one day later they said my order cancel. I think this is not a big problem at least pomelo have my registered email address and contact number which they can contact before cancelling the order. Additionally, there is no payment problem as they’ve already recieved in advance. Moreover, my discounted products that i ordered cannot be reordered this time with the same price as last time. I think this is very irresponsible solution which just in hurry canceling my order for selling higher price than when i brought. I hope Pomelo contact me for this order. I need the product. If there is still no better solution I am sure that I will not make anymore order from Pomelo because there are many online shop nowadays that can provide even better service than pomelo did.

Very good service and high quality items!

So far I have ordered twice and I am very satisfied! Shipment times are fast with tracking numbers, preparation for dispatch time is minimal. Items are high quality and exactly as described measument wise. I actually am very surprised about measuments as so far everything fit me as expected and I didn’t have to return anything. Every item is individually wrapped and has a Pomelo official labels attached which you should not remove if you’ll return some items. I’m a happy and a loyal customer from now on!
