Excellent service from Poolewood…
Excellent service from Poolewood Machinery once I had made contact via direct email. (I had not received a response from their online contact form). Poolewood Machinery answered my questions promptly and my order was processed without delay. Unfortunately, I did not receive an email from Royal Mail advising me of the despatch date and tracking number. I once again emailed Poolewood Machinery who promptly replied with the despatch details and tracking number. I received the goods within the time frame that was advised to me by Poolewood Machinery. Thank you.

Better communication with customer
Phoned several times,also sent email with no response as to when they were sent parcel out.finally got some on phone after four day's to be told they were on holday?
Parcel then arrived four day's later,is this good service ?
