Avoid it

I have purchased on this website. First of all, they claim they use UPS as a carrier. However, my order was shipped by normal post, as blatantly admitted by them, despite the 7.95 euro shipping and handling fee.
I sent them two emails and the waiting times to receive a reply are within the order of days...
Long story short, I my order was shipped on 26 November, and I still have to receive it, I can't track it, they do not answer.
Do you need more to choose?

Avoid this company

Find another supplier if you can. It takes ages before you receive your order. It would be acceptable if the postage was free.

The British branch is no better. Your e-mails are being ignored.
