Remarkable that one company can receive so many five star reviews....
I was with this outfit for over six years until they randomly cut off my broadband service citing an "unauthorised line transfer" - twice!!
Despite this accusation of "slamming" by another provider no evidence of wrongdoing was ever forthcoming.
My treatment by these cowboys left me reliant on expensive mobile broadband for over three weeks while they dithered over re-connecting - which they ultimately failed.
Best avoided like ebola

Alfred made what was initially a frustating experience turn into a calm, reassuring plan forward to get my internet working. I really apprecited how kind he was, and felt he was really in my corner to resolve the issue as quickly as he could! Such a lovely guy, and I really appreciated his care.

Called up POP today to ask some questions about my account. Was only waiting 2 mins until I got put through to Alfred, who was very helpful and friendly, and able to resolve my queries!

Spoke to Cherry at Poptelecom who helped get my Dad onto his new internet connection. Great to have a person to guide him through this rather than an automated phone service going round in circles. Fab customer service Poptelecom.

I spoke to Josie on the online web chat today to help with setting up my new account. I'm autistic and this is the first time I've done this on my own and Josie was excellent at explaining things clearly in a way that I could understand. I was really impressed with her customer service and how easy it was to get in touch and ask questions in general.

We have an ongoing WiFi problem and Josie was able to help us find out what the problem is and the next steps to take to get it resolved massively help!

Huge rise in monthly cost after contract expired. Over 100%. No warning the term had ended or was near to ending. Cancelled the service giving the correct 30 days notice and cancelled the direct debit to prevent them collecting a full month at the next due date. Service was immediately suspended, despite it being already paid for. Very slow response to communication. Ended up without service for the last month of contract and had to pay for it. Avoid. They scammed me.

Told me it’d be 10 working days for wifi to be installed. After signing the contract they told me it would take over a month and a half. Feel scammed and miss-lead. Extremely frustrating.

Good afternoon, this is a short review to say thank you for investigating & resolving an issue to do with my grandparents Internet & Landline which lost connection a couple of days ago. Pop Telecom conducted a line test, established there was a problem on our line & arranged for an Openreach engineer to attend site who fixed the issue which was in the Telephone exchange cabinet out in our street.

Many thanks for your help & in particular to Josie who handled my call today.
