The clothes look gorgeous and the prices so low BUT BUYER BEWARE! The quality is not always that great and loads of delivery, out of stock and return issues. Check out the size charts for every outfit, though the size shown may be up to 5 or 6x the measurements are so tiny. I might purchase something just to use the fabrics but unless you're an anorexic 12 year old these clothes will not fit real women.

DONT BUY FROM POPZORO!!! Wish I would have seen all the negative ratings before I purchased such poor quality clothes and terrible return policy. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. All the other reviews are true. The sizing is totally off, the material is awful and not worth the price and impossible to return the items. I sent an email as instructed and received one response telling me they’d take 15% off my bill if I keep the items. I emailed back saying no, I want to return and have not heard back from them. Don’t waste your time and money. I wish I would have looked for reviews before purchasing. Now I’m out $125.00. Kicking myself!!!

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. The dress didn't look anything like the picture and was made of the cheapest acetate material. To return an item, it is a terrible ordeal to get the information and then it has to be returned to China! It would have cost $24 just for the mailing for one small item! I wish I had read the reviews first....they are really really bad!!! Save your money and don't ever do business with this company! They don't even deserve one star!

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from popzora. Big mistake. Item is huge although it’s a small. And I want to return it and they are not responding. Buyer Beware. Shop local. This is not a vendor you want to sink money into.

The items are very likely not going to fit even if you size up numerous sizes. The fabrics are iffy. Returns are generally not worth the time and effort. So, don’t waste your money. Until these vendors understand proper fit, buying from overseas markets in their country are a waste of money.

True measurements do not take into account what is needed for movement.

I am a seamstress/ costume designer and well know how to fit and order clothes. The armsyce are not deep enough; the measurement across the back way too narrow. The XL barely got on a true size 4, but the movement across the shoulders was impossible. A child may fit in it even though the garments is an XL.

The excuse of different designers; different fit and being told I need to measure better doesn’t wash here. If a company wants to sell clothes internationally, they should know and use standard garment measurements rather that cut things skimpy and without regard to the all important extra two inches for movement, especially in woven fabrics.

A normal shoulder to shoulder must have room for movement across the back and 15” is way too narrow. The size charts are a guideline to order, never the actual finished measurements of a garment.

I ordered several items more than 1 yr ago haven't received my goods. Made several attempts in writing to return my money. Received on response Since then I can't get any respond.
They are disengenuous and thieves.

WORST ONLINE PURCHASE EVER EVER EVER!!!!

Ok, first of all, i ordered 2 linen dresses - what i got were these hideous polyester nightmares that look absolutely nothing like - and i mean NOTHING - like the dresses i ordered (or thought i ordered) They were both ill-fitting, scratchy polyester garbage - no linen, to be sure. When i tried to return them for that “full refund, no questions asked” policy, i was told that i couldn’t - i could have a 15% refund or risk the items never arriving to China on time - when i complained and sent them their exact policy o was told “sorry for the inconvenience, please let us know if we can help you.” SERIOUSLY! This business needs to be shut down NOW. They are liars, scammers, cheaters, and give online sellers a terrible rep. I am wary of anything I see advertised on Pinterest, and everything that ships from China

This is a fraud. The website has photos of European products and does web sales advertisement in the U.S. The counterfeited products, which do not have the same quality or style as pictured, are made and shipped to U.S. customers. The sales website doesn't disclose the origin of the shipment or the mandatory return destination is in China. I am reporting this to the U.S. Consumer Bureau.

If I could write this review without giving 1 star, I would. As far as I my shopping experience with them is concerned, this company doesn't deserve even 1 star. First off, in their website, they advertise "FULL REFUND within 30 DAYS" These are their own words , "If you're not satisfied with your products we will issue a full refund, no questions asked."  Secondly, the EXACT SAME DAY that I received the dress, I tried it on, took it off and put it back into the plastic Zip bag it came in. Then, I IMMEDIATELY emailed POPZORA for an Authorzation Request and Return Address to return the dress. SUSIE replied to my email at which time she attempted to try to persuade me to have the dress altered on my own because I would have to pay for the return shipping and it would be expensive. When I insisted on returning it because it did not fit properly and the fabric was no as advertised, SUSIE nor anyone else from POPZORA responded to the next 2 emails I sent them. Lastly, If I can keep someone else from wasting their money shopping with POPZORA and/or to not be able to return an item if it doesn't work for you (even though they advertise otherwise), then this review was worth sharing. PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY SHOPPING with POPZORA!!!!

TOTAL SCAM!! I ordered a dress which I liked but was too small. I tried to return it and was told it would have to be returened to CHINA and probably would not be received in the returned timeframe allowed. I had to take a 15% of my sale amount. They SUCK!!!! Do NOT order from this company! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!

I don't understand how a "company" like this is still able to scam people and get away with it. All reviews are horrible, there is only ONE person who responds to email inquiries and they have no phone - really? I am so upset with myself but am now determined to try and shut them (or should I say Susie) down as they shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. I ordered 3 items for my wedding and 30 days later received nothing and Susie was not helpful when I asked for a refund. I got ripped off.

They are the worst!!! They are a complete scam! Sorry I have to give them 1 star because they deserve 00000. I ordered smalls (I wear a 4 in US size). Also they came separately which would make it practically impossible to follow the return policy. Although the items were marked small, they were XXL, ridiculous! Their return policy is non-existent. They offer you 15% off to keep the items so you won't ship back for a refund. I payed through Pay Pal and honestly can't believe Pay Pal allows them to use their service. I will be lodging a complaint with Pay Pal next. Terrible. Also I had to complain through Pay Pal's customer service because at first they ignored me when I asked to return. They should be shut down!

This site is such a scam. The items you receive are not nearly the quality they appear to be online. And while they do have a return policy, you have to pay to return the items to them ... in China. So it's not worth what you paid for the item. Do not order from here.

Popped in the wallet by POPZORA!

I ordered a dress from Popzora which was described as made from Cotton Material. Almost 3 weeks later I received the dress. Not only was it poorly made and ill-fitting, it was made from a rayon polyester blend. I paid $33.31 plus $4 for shipping and handling. I was prepared to return it and get a refund. The return instructions stated that I had to email them the day I received it in order to get the refund. I did so. The next day I get an email informing me that it would be advisable to accept a 15% refund because it would have to be shipped back to China, and would incur fees from customs and expensive shipping costs, which they do not pay for.
Please, save yourself frustration, disappointment and your hard earned money. Do not do business with Popzora

Dress I received didn’t look anything like the photo. VERY cheap imitation. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Bought a couple of items from them, the sizing is completely ridiculous and then when you do try to return/exchange it's a complete nightmare --- they can't/won't do it. They aren't responsible for return shipping, yet - if you have questions, feel free to contact them. So, now stuck with two dresses ordered for my daughter's wedding that wouldn't fit my nine year old niece, even though they are listed as the size I wear. Stay away from this company - totally not worth the aggravation.

Very bad website. I ordered shoes and tried to return it coz its wide and the fit is weird but they emailed me that its better to get 15% refund than to pay for shipping to china, but then they dont email back again, its a Scam and the shoes now is garbage. This website is garbage too. Dont ever buy at this website again... BEWARE!

Got the dress this morning. Shipping and quality are acceptable. Will shop again!
